I'm getting my first appointment for my pregnancy and I'm excited to get my care here and learning about breast feeding

I had Vicky and i’m so beyond thankful for her ! She answered all of my questions and explained everything ! We were able to get my baby to latch while on the call! It’s been so stressful not being able to latch my baby and i’m just so happy i was able to feed her stress free. So thankful for this company

I felt that I was understood completely. My questions and doubts were answered in a professional matter.

My lactation consultant wanted to help. I've done a lot of my own research.
She's knowledgeable but didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know. Plus, I need an in person consultant. I need the extra hands for implementing an SNS (supplemental nursing system.)

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical with having an appointment virtually. However, after meeting with Victoria, I could not be any happier I decided to schedule with Simplifed! Victoria was AMAZING. She is super knowledgeable regarding breastfeeding and pumping. She answered all my questions I had (I literally had a paper with 25+ questions written down) and she took her time to explain everything to me. I felt as if some of my questions were "common sense" questions, but I still asked them because you could never be too sure, and she made me feel 100% heard and understood. I did have some doubts regarding breastfeeding and going back to work/living my everyday life, but she made me feel so much more confident in this journey I am about to embark on. I will be meeting with her about a week after baby and I cannot wait. Highly Recommend!

Emily was amazing. She was so helpful and made me feel so heard. It’s been a rough road and she helped me feel less overwhelmed. She had such an uplifting personality and a lot of awesome knowledge. I always felt comfortable.

I was referred to SimpliFed by my breast pump supplier because I was struggling to pick a breast pump due to the many options. Sara was extremely helpful in going over the different types of breast pumps and their pros and cons. She taught me how to figure out what size flanges I need. She also gave some advice on when/how to introduce a bottle once my son is here in a way that won't interfere or inhibit breastfeeding. It was extremely easy to set up the virtual appointment. I feel much more confident about my breastfeeding journey now, and I can't wait to get started!

Easily accessible lactation help for when you need it most. Great experience and highly recommend.

The communication between the simplified team and myself was consistent and very helpful! Every question my spouse or I had was answered quickly and with tons of information. I felt very comfortable connecting with this team and using their resources.

I really appreciated the personal messaging - professional, yet like I was talking to a real person. The service provided was also very helpful, by the consultants. Overall, very clear and easy to get help in a stressful time.

They really listen to you and ask more questions To get as much information as possible and then try to help you troubleshoot. Staff is very supportive.

I thought I knew a little bit about breastfeeding but I learned how little I truly knew. I feel very prepared knowledge wise now for breastfeeding, pumping, and even for the first few days after birth as to what to expect my baby to behave like. I learned how to establish a strong latch, different holds to try (even with a c section), what let down is, what actually happens in my body when breastfeeding, how I already have “milk” (first milk), what to expect of my baby eating, best foods to eat to encourage milk supply, and more.
