Id give it 0 stars if that were an option- Black Friday deal buy one get one free- the quality is horrible - was gonna give them to my brothers as Xmas stocking stuffers but embarrassingly terrible quality- I contacted Simploficcial and was advised all sales final- per there website-- my stupidity I did not return their return policy- or a site like trust pilot which gives them terrible creditability- stay away from these guys-- total "scam" except they did state no returns- but the quality is junk- pure trash which is where these two wallets are gonna go- can't even give them away for free as they are so terrible-

Bought and paid for 2 wallets in advance of christmas, December 6th. website said it would deliver before christmas. I recei ved it 5 days after christmas. i emailed customer service and received an answer 10 days later that my package had been delivered. NEVER AGAIN. Also, the product looks cheap! i don't know if i can even use them.

I was given a couple for Christmas, this brand just didn’t cut it. Card holders looked like cheap plastic and would wear out quickly. So I decided to keep the other and return this. I emailed them and NO RESPONSE at all. I will not use this company and I have already informed the gift giver of the NO RESPONSE. I did give them almost a week to respond.

The worst, cheapest wallet ever! This website looks legit but its a SKAM. Do not buy from them, u will regret it!

I purchased a Simpl wallet in march 0f 2025, and it stopped working in December of 2025. They claim a one year warranty, but after emailing them, i never received any response whatsoever. The problem is the holding mechanism “wore out”. My cards would routinely fall out. In fact, I lost one of my credit cards from the wallet. I dont think they are built to last. And very poor customer service.

Pathetic company, pathetic products and even worse customer service. Do not buy anything from them. Wallets are trash and then they don't even respond. Save your money. Do not do business with them.

This is the worst company to do business with. There wallets are cheaply made. They fall apart and don’t want to do anything about it to resolve . I suggest you go to company like ekster . Where they take care of you with a great product

Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service
I purchased the SIMPL Toggl™ Wallet and initially liked the design. However, within just three weeks, I noticed a major flaw: when the card holder isn’t completely filled, the cards become loose. If I remove one card and tilt the wallet downward, multiple cards fall out — which defeats the purpose of a secure wallet.
I contacted customer service and even made a video demonstrating the issue. They responded and asked for a picture or video, which I promptly sent. They acknowledged the problem and promised to send a replacement. That was four months ago. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I haven’t received the replacement or any further communication.
This has been a frustrating experience. The product didn’t meet expectations, and the customer service has been extremely poor. I cannot recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable support and accountability.

If I could give the Simpli wallet a worse score than one star, I would. DON'T BUY IT!!! It's a total waste of money as it's a very cheap imitation of other better products. I'm not wasting any more time with this company as other reviews indicate they are non-responsive. Just will give them to my elementary age grandsons to play with.

The product I received was not as advertised. If you "buy one, get one" (BOGO), they WILL NOT give you a refund. It does not matter that the product is defective. I planned on buying some for gifts to friends and family, but their "no returns on BOGO policy" is simply bad customer service.

I purchased a Simpl wallet, from Simplofficial.com and took advantage of the BOGO, the order was placed Early July and it took two weeks to receive the wallets. The quality is bad, but they did feel nice in the hand and pocket. So I started to use the wallet immediately, within 4 weeks the first one broke, the mechanism to fan out the cards snapped. I work from home, and only have to leave the house or use my wallet a few times per week... if i had to use this regularly i doubt it would last more than a few weeks. I was going to request a refund or replacement but since i took part of the BOGO offer i am not able to per their policy. Their policy on returns, i copied the relevant part:

"Wallets purchased during a promotional sale (including Buy One, Get One Free or any discounted pricing) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Why no returns on discounted wallets? Offering deals like BOGO and up to 50% off lets more people try SIMPL and helps us keep prices low for everyone. To do that sustainably, we can only accept returns on full-price purchases."

Interesting they are currently offering all wallets as BOGO... probably so they don't have to honor return request. Basically this is just a cash grab, garbage quality wallet, and the company won't back their product.

Do yourself a favor and use a different product.

These wallets are trash. Do not bother. First it takes nearly a month to get it (China to the U.S.). I took advantage of their BOGO offer. One of the wallets has a button to fan out the cards. The cards are difficult to insert and do not fan out like they indicate (unless you only use 2 cards). The second wallet was the ”leather” wallet with the insert for “holding” bills. Not only doesn’t it hold anything (money falls right out), the product is extremely cheap and came with and extremely distasteful odor to it. I inquired about their return policy and was told “being you took advantage of the BOGO offer, we do not accept returns.” The reviews on their website are fake. Read the reviews from VERIFIED users on Amazon, Google, and do a Google search for SIMPLI Wallet Reviews … see for yourself.

ordered the 2 for one wallet around a month ago. after looking at a comparison add put out, it stated it was one of the best. well i fell for this add, with the 2 for one ad. have used it since it arrived and the mechanism which contains the cards in the case only held up for a couple of weeks. if the wallet is tilted as such, a couple of cards will fall out with little effort. i keep about 5 cards in it and have had one or more fall out when retrieving the wallet from my back pocket. since this was a special purchase, there is no return policy . rediculous!! i gave the second for a gift to a good friend, i just hope that one lives up to the advertisement. looking for a better replacement... customer service stinks as well...John H. I had to wait for over 30 days for an order #SS89732 to be delivered. Once received, I was sent women's sandals instead of the three Wallets I ordered, one of which was a gift with a gift box. I have sent three replies to them notifying them of the issue, no response. Very frustrating!

Order my wallet 04/03/2025. Its now 5/2/2025 and it shows stagnant in shipping as of 4/22/2025. This company is a scam. Customer service is a scam

Awful service. I placed an order. Despite it saying it was delivered it was not. I have tried to contact the company at least 5 times and have received no response. I have also filed a claim through PayPal and they haven’t responded to that either. I wonder if this company even really exists or is just some random drop shipper who couldn’t care less after the sale is made. I will be happy when PayPal refunds my money and hope this review prevents anyone from doing business with them.

I’d never do business with this company. This is a warning.
