Ana is incredibly professional, compassionate and dedicated. Working with her has helped me become kinder to myself, face parts of who I was once afraid to look at and find the courage to grow.

What makes Ana truly special is the trust and safety she creates. Every session leaves me feeling understood, supported, and with a new perspective.

Sometimes I feel like she believes in me even more than I believe in myself, and that has made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful to have her by my side on this journey and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and has the expertise to help.

I had the privilege of being coached by Ana Maria during a significant transitional period in both my professional and personal life. Working with Ana Maria has been such a gift. I worked with her through a series of coaching sessions spaced out over quite a few months. She never failed to make me feel heard, seen, and understood–feelings I hadn't realized I was missing out on for quite some time. I've never felt able to connect to myself or my inner child in a deep way, but thanks to Ana Maria I'm finally on a journey of learning to listen to myself and respect myself and my journey in a way I've never done before. I worked couple of times with Ana Maria in somatic therapy and truly admit that I can connect to my body, listen to its needs, deeper and deeper after each session. During our sessions I felt safe, I could focus on my emotions, on my body needs because I knew that Ana was there to hold the space, to support and guide me, to holm my hand if that I need. Her calm, softness and experience for both body and emotional part, makes me trust the process and just listen to my body needs.

I have attended several events organized by Ana Maria, and she is absolutely wonderful. She has a unique ability to create a warm, open, and genuinely welcoming atmosphere. You can tell she pours her heart into everything she does. Highly recommend connecting with her at Simply Soul Architect!

I was at Anna-Maria's inspirational event "Life as a Woman" in fall 2025, and it was thoroughly organized and fun! I gained new insights; the content was quite original. There was a great flow and interaction between the audience and the speakers, and it was easy to connect with the attendees. Recommended!
