The holiday was good but a few issues. The boat down the nile was good and food was decent. All the hotels that were organized we good. The only issue we had was the tour guides that were organized for us were not good. They rushed us around the attraction so they could take us to shops. Don't listen to the guides

JAMES CLARK was our agent. We spoke to him about a family of ten going on a NILE CRUISE. He was very easy to deal with and
he quickly responded with a full itinerary, incorporating CAIRO MUSEUM and the PYRAMIDS. James was always very quick to respond to any questions or changes. Very easy to deal with him.
I will review again when we’ve had our holiday which isn’t until October!

After researching a wide range of Egyptian holidays, including Nile cruises and half- and full-board hotel options, we couldn’t find anything that fully met our expectations. I then contacted Simply Egypt and James Clark from 2Bookaholiday got in touch with me. James created a bespoke holiday package that delivered the ultimate Ancient Egypt experience.

James wasn’t focused on making a quick sale; instead, he took the time to understand what we wanted and made the experience feel truly personal. He sent us several hotel and excursion options, allowing us to choose the ones that suited us best.

This was the first time we’d booked a bespoke holiday package, and it was a very positive experience knowing everything was organised for us. Even at the last minute, I added quad biking on the west bank of the Nile, and James personally contacted the company to arrange timings so it didn’t clash with our other plans.

James Clark was the representative who we presented with a list of questions in respect of the holiday we proposed, and answered every question we had, he was enthusiastic, friendly and efficient and outlined a holiday based on our hopes and fulfilled it , exceeding our expectations. We were happy to book and felt confident that he covered every detail with a real depth of knowledge.

Susan was lovely, friendly and clearly very good at her job. A credit to the company.

She asked lots of questions and provided us with many options for cruise and hotels after the cruise, taking on board our requests. We never felt under pressure.

We booked a trip for us all to go on, us and some friends as we have always wanted to discover the treasures of ancient Egypt.
Simply Egypt is a good company that listen to your requirements and build a suitable itinerary for you.
We are doing a Nile cruise, 3 nights in Cairo with an excursion to see the pyramids and new grand museum. We are also going to Aswan for a few nights to do the Abu Simbel trip and unfinished obelisk.

Our friends booked a trip with Simply Egypt for us all to go on and we are looking forward to it immensely.

From originally enquiring about our holiday to Egypt to booking the whole experience has been brilliant. Martin who booked our holiday is friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble at all, all our documents were sent and received with a follow up email checking the documents had been received.
As we wanted to upgrade the airline seats Matt in Administration was brilliant too. Nothing is too much trouble for Simply Egypt and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again

Booked yesterday with Simply Egypt Serah was exceptionally helpfull and took her time to help me get the trip i was after
