Beware of these people he won’t get your product. They won’t answer their phone and they won’t answer an email and they will steal your money.

My experience is the same as everybody else's. They don't have any inventory - just a website, email and an account .. basically, thieves.

If I could give it a Zero I would. I was charged over 150.00 for an order that was never fulfilled, they sent me 5 microfiber cloths and claimed they had shipped my order.,,
I was missing 4 star green mops and more rags. I called during business hours and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone.. same thing trough Email…. What a scam this guys are and get away with it . I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I couldn’t get my money back, because they provided a confirmation receipt for those 5 rags they sent.. DO NOt waste your hard earned money money with these scammers….

I ordered a small kitchen gadget. Twenty-two days later I received this notice: "Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to ship your order. We wanted to send this update as a way of keeping you informed, and also to let you know we haven't forgotten about you. One or more items on your order is out of stock right now, but it will be coming in soon. Our best estimate of when your order will ship has been updated, and it is listed below. We apologize for this delay, and we will make every effort to get your stuff to you as quickly as possible. ... Due to the popularity of the stuff we sell, certain items will occasionally go out of stock until our next shipment arrives. This is the case with one or more items that you chose. We do expect to ship your order soon. The items in question are still available to us, but stock at our warehouse was depleted prior to filling your order. In the event that your shipment is held up longer than our current estimate, we will make every effort to keep you updated on the progress. If you should decide at any time that you can no longer wait, you are welcome to reply to this email to request cancellation. We are happy to update your order in any way while it sits, so if you want to change items, or switch colors to see your order go out sooner, please let us know. If left as is, your order will ship out the same day that our stock is replenished."
Nearly a month after that, I received this notice: "Unfortunately, this item is still out of stock. We do have new inventory on the way, but it has not yet arrived at our warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will be shipping as soon as possible, and we will email once we have tracking." I have since stopped payment on the order, ordered the same item directly from Crate & Barrel and it shipped later that day.

I ordered a mop and mop heads in May 2025 and paid approximately $40. The order never shipped. After two months, I was told the items were out of stock but “coming soon.” They never came.

I requested a refund in summer 2025. Since then, this company has repeatedly claimed that a refund check was “in the mail.” That statement has been made multiple times and has never been true. As of January 13, 2026, I have received nothing.

This company took my money, failed to deliver the product, and then dragged this out for months with excuses instead of issuing a refund. Holding onto a customer’s payment for over eight months without providing goods or a refund is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company.

Many people have said that they were scammed by this company. I’m thinking I was too. I was charged before they shipped but never shipped. Now my order has disappeared from my account. I call and email without response. The number hangs up after a recording. This company does not seem to be a legitimate company, just another clever scam among many.

I placed an order 5 months ago and then immediately charged my credit card. When I followed up, they told me it was back ordered. I’m still waiting after multiple requests for my money back. Please be careful and avoid this vendor. They are a scam!!!!

Same as everyone else here. I ordered my item beginning of September. I am still waiting and sent a couple of emails already. Looks like a scam. Customer service doesn't care.

SimplyGood Stuff, in my experience, is a scam. I ordered an item six weeks ago, only to be told after my credit card was charged that the item was 'out of stock" for some indeterminate time. I have been struggling without success to get a refund. All I get in response to my inquiries are AI generated messages. I would not do business with this comapny.

I just made a purchase of $39.90 with free shipping and when I checked my email confirmation I noticed I was charged $79.93. I tried calling and I got the same recording others had reported. I will send an email only because my bank told me to do so.
I should have read the reviews first. This is not a good company. Believe the reviews and ALWAYS check them out first.

AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR MY ORDER AND MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THE COMPANY, I'M NOW DISPUTING THE CLAIM WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I purchased the Swiss Pull Chopper from Simply Good Stuff on line on April 24, 2025, it is now June 4, 2025 and I'm still waiting. This company provides no current status regarding expected delivery, only saying the item is back ordered and they never met the back order date and provided no further information. There is no human contact ever when calling, only a prompt saying you've reached the company after hours, and customer service is not able to take your call and call back later. I have sent them email demanding they refund my money back to my account, PRONTO! I refuse to spend any more of my time on a disreputable company. They should not be allowed to do business.

Wish I saw the reviews before I made my purchase. The item was defective. It was too much hassle to send back. So I at least gave it a 1 star review. They changed it to a 5 star review and moved a few details around. They should offer to just refund me for this garbage.

Real humans are standing by...NOT TRUE! A bad joke. Try calling for yourself and you'll get a recorded (not-real person) message telling you to email them. They NEVER pick up the phone and they NEVER answer emails. I waited for my order and based on all the terrible reviews, I disputed the charge on my credit card and got an almost instant refund...which tells me they may have a long list of other problems with this company.

Ordered 3 hot dog cutters on Dec 18. Sent me my order number no respose after that. Sent an emaik/ said they were back ordered. Sent many messages but no answer. Another scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Done ordering from all companies.

This is a scam as the other posts say. I ordered a small order (around $15) and I never received it. I couldn't get a hold of them by phone so I emailed. They reply with a generic email (no name) saying it's been shipped. Another email to them because I didn't receive it and I requested a refund. Another generic email saying it's been shipped. I think they figure most people won't chase something for that small an amount.

Ordered 4 items and immediately my credit card was charged and I received a receipt.A week I still did not receive a shipping notice. No one answers their phone number, only a recording. I emailed them and received an answer on a Friday night that they did not have the items and I could cancel. I replied to cancel. On Monday I received an email that I couldn’t cancel because the items were in shipping. A week later I received 3 out of 4 items, with a packing slip stating one item was cancelled. They never credited my credit card and I disputed the amount. The bank investigated and permanently credited me with the amount. (I had emails backing me up. The items were worthless! 1 was broken, 1 didn’t work .
