Nette Hotline, aber kein guter Service
Schlechter Kundenservice. Seit April 2025 wollte ich zu Simply Green. Leider haben die seit 22.04. eine Systemumstellung und können (oder wollen) keine Neuverträge bearbeiten. Leider sind wir deshalb in der Grundversorgung und zahlen zur Zeit den dreifach üblichen Preis. Auf jede Nachfrage meinerseits war immer die Antwort, wegen Systemumstellung können sie nix machen. Na dann -ein Neukunde weniger....Vertrag haben wir widerrufen.
