Great shopping experience

I had a great experience shopping with Simplyperfumes. They are a newcomer in the market but offer a great customer service, they kept me regularly updated which I like. Delivery was fast and the price was very competitive. I will use again and recommend.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service.
My order was placed after Christmas and before New Year and was still processed and sent out quickly. Jose at customer service emailed to apologise that although they had sent out my order, it was delayed by Royal Mail. I knew this as tracking info had been supplied and although it really wasn’t a problem, I greatly appreciated the attention to detail/aftercare.
I have since received my order( not much of a delay at all) and am thrilled with it. It was packaged and delivered with care. I was impressed with the price paid for my perfume set. It was very good value for money.

Will ve purchasing again

Easy site to use, my order was quick and easy. Purchased the Valentino miniature set and my mum loves it! I'll definitely be purchasing again for myself next.

Absolutely smashing service

Emailed late evening just to ask will i get it in time was given timely instructions om how to make sure the parcel was received by the 22nd at the latest if i didnt get a response as quick as i did i probably wouldnt have risked it
I placed the order as i had reassurance the jose chicharro went out of his way he watched my delivery sent me emails to let me know its running smoothly from that night to when i got my parcel today its been such a good experience customer service wise absolutely smashing.
Ive opened the parcel its intact all original boxing im so happy!
Thank you so so much when you first see a newer perfume store online bit skeptical but i know where my perfumes etc are coming from!
Merry christmas guys and thank you for the last 2 days i was STRESSING!

But thanks for trusting us in first instance, that is the most important for us. It is very appreciated. It's been an hectic week indeed ensuring everybody got their parcel in time and we certainly had some difficulties for some of our customers but we managed =). Now, time to relax and enjoy Christmas.
