I've been using SimplyPrint for a couple years now, running about 20 or so printers. It has made my printing life SO much easier by managing my print jobs and machines, allowing me to just queue up what needs to be printed on what machines, in what colors/materials, etc.

What's even better is that their support is always willing to help with issues big or small. Their Discord server is a great resource too!

I honestly couldn't run my business at the volume I do without SimplyPrint.

i love simplyprint. It enables me to run my 23 printer printfarm smoothly. Support is amazing, they are available basically 24/7. I once had an issue Saturday 22:00 o'clock and we still fixed it that evening. Also they actually develop the application. Customer feedback actually is implemented (fast). You should check out their discord it is really good to connect to their community. Really love what they do. Thank you for the Bambu Lab integration!

I stumbled on these folks as a result of a web search, and signed up for their site. The product itself is interesting and well designed, but the newbie help I've gotten from the organisation has been impressive. Not only are responses quick and personalised, they show a genuine interest in being helpful. And that's on their free plan!

Responsive support team behind a great and improving product. Questions are handled quickly, professionally, and above all honestly. When features are simply not available the team has been straightforward, and has also indicated what is on the roadmap. Even more, I received unsolicited follow up from the support team when a feature I had inquired about (a dealbreaker for me) was added, so that i could go back and check it out. I reinstalled the software and the team was even willing to reactivate my free trial period so I could put the software through its paces. Great team.

SimplyPrint does a lot and does it well. It's quickly growing with new features all the time and the team is very active with users on their Discord server. While not perfect (nothing ever is), I am very happy with SimplyPrint and the team behind it.

Amazing service and experienced developers who are actually reachable, listen to you, help you troubleshoot your mistakes and issues, allow you to submit bug reports and ... get this, they ACTUALLY fix problems on their end in a timely manner. It's crazy. I RARELY see a developer team this dedicated to their product and craft. It's ludicrous to not use their service.

Not only has this SimplyPrint changed the way I queue my print jobs and keep track of my filament inventory, they are very responsive and professional on the support side. I was initially only looking for a product to help keep inventory of filament, but I've found so much more in this tool.

I have been using SP for for my small business since February 2025. I can't imagine running my small print farm manually after using this solution. Also to note, the team over at SP have been extremely helpful with any small issues, they implement updates regularly and promptly and accept feedback on what can make it better. They have a pretty fast response time, especially on their discord server.

SimplyPrint is the best solution for managing your 3D printers. Using it feels like I have unlocked so much more potential from my machines.

If you can dream of a feature you would want in a software to manage your 3D printers, it more than likely already exists in SimplyPrint.

They are such a pleasure to work with, resolving issues or improvement requests ASAP.

I've been using SimplyPrint for well over a year now in a print farm environment and can't recommend it highly enough.

It has been a complete game-changer for me, and I have seen it evolve as the dev team keeps adding more and more features that improve my productivity, and I couldn't do without it now.

The greatest ans easy to use tool to handle multiple 3D printers. Still has some bugs but if you find one the devs usually fix it in less than 24h which is great. Never want to miss simplyprint again.

Support via Discord has been 100% top notch. These folks almost literally live on Discord and can be reached at almost any hour.
Their software, even the beta branches which are the only versions I have been using, have been nearly bug free and work at the level I use the software.
I cannot speak to the printer farm and auto print functionality as I am only a single person with 2 printers.
If a I had any complaints is revolving around some complicated processes around selecting filaments for the printer and printing. It's not as simple a process as say Orcaslicer, but it may just be a user issue.
With that said, they have courses available within their site to walk you through a lot, if not all, of the functionality.
All in all, a great product with great support from a great dev team.

SimplyPrint is a small company run by a team that is experts at their craft, responsive to the community, and building something that solves a real problem that you have once you're managing multiple 3D printers.

The team is very responsive to suggestions and feedback, but the reality is they're also dealing with limitations of all the different platforms out there, so there are some inherent limits to what is possible. I've had great success engaging with the team directly in their Discord and they're very willing to explain the what/why so I can be successful.

In terms of downside, again in large part because of the nature of the problems they're tackling and the size of the team, there will always be rough edges to some of the experiences and integrations. I don't think that's the fault of SP, though, and am pretty impressed at what they've built and their speed of execution to address feedback.

To sum it up, if you need to manage your printers, are somewhat technically savvy (just capable of following thorough instructions and asking for help if needed!), you'll do well to choose SimplyPrint.
