This parcel was sent out to Italy, a day after you ordered (a week ago). It was sent tracked and signed, internationally via Royal Mail
As per response to your email, I have sent you the tracking information: This parcel has not yet arrived yet, but it is still in the system.
I am sorry it has not yet arrived, but it will get there. International post is delayed at the moment. Pleasr have patience. Your dress will arrive.

Good service from owners of simply so lovely
I love the skater dresses and colourful cardigans. I buy them and send them to my granddaughter in Australia. She wears them all the time as she loves the bright colours.

Beautifully wrapped, hand written notes and discount code, sometimes I even get a free Brownie. Love shopping with simply So Lovely. The name fits!
Anything I've bought has been the best quality. I cannot reccomend more highly.

Always brilliant service
Always brilliant service. Great prices and amazing special offers. Nothing is too much for Bianca, she always delivers. My daughter has had clothes, gifts and presents for her friends from Bianca since she was born nearly 6 years ago. We Wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
