Accused me of using a returned item—had to fight for my refund!
Avoid this company unless you photograph items the second they arrive!
I ordered swim fins that arrived in crumpled packaging. I tried them on indoors for fit and requested a return within 4 hours of delivery. Simply Swim rejected my return, claiming I had used them in a pool and refusing to refund me.
Fortunately, I had taken photos of the fins on my floor right after opening the box, proving the chalky marks were already on the rubber when delivered. Since I was working and booked the return within 4 hours, it was impossible for me to have used them.
Only after I sent photo proof, laid out the timeline, and threatened a bank chargeback did they back down and issue a refund. They didn't even apologize for falsely accusing me—just sent a cold one-line email confirming the money was processed.
Extremely stressful experience and appalling customer service.

A last minute thought for holiday for our son, arrived quickly. The googles were great against the sun glare, comfortable and excellent in the sea for watching fish and in the pool for practising handstands etc

My first swim today and was really impressed. All area extremely clean and facilities are great. Water temperature was just right. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be a regular thing !

Lovely swimsuit, fits really well and looks exactly as it said it would. Good quality material.

I have emailed your company to advise you that I haven't received my items that I ordered, but haven't received a response.

We were on holiday and my son lost his googles, he has swimming lessons twice a week and needs googles. I ordered him new googles, a case and antifog spray whilst we away, so that hopefully they would be delivered home before we got back from our holiday and ready for his swimming lessons.

The package was supposedly delivered on 25th July 2026, we do not have it. My friend was coming to our house twice a day whilst we were away to feed our cats and she never saw a parcel / package. Since we have been home from holiday (evening of 31st July) we have looked everywhere and cannot find them and have not received a red card advising where it had been left. My son needs these items and I cannot afford to re buy these items. Please help.

Size guide for speedo Jammers is nonsense. Ordered 34 and they are baggy and saggy once wet. Obviously too late to return by then

I have bought a swimsuit from this company before, they have got a good selection. But the best thing about my swimsuit is that it doesn’t lose its colour. I swim several times a week and for the swimsuit to keep its colour is amazing. Thank you.

No problem ordering from this company and a good delivery service.
However the Speedo swimsuit was by far more expensive than any other site including er...Speedo. So it's worth checking other retailers.

Quick delivery. Price very reasonable.
Although a little tight i found it pulls everything in.
Still need to go swimming in it.

Overall great experience in ordering and getting the product. Minor improvement with ordering by making it very clear that if not a lens replacement but a new full solution, you need to order two units and that they are from the same lens catalog as can be used on either side. This is mentioned but had to be searched for. Other minor item is better instructions on the headband strap. Comes with loads of different ways to configure and actual one was the one it came as which was on a separate area. Delivery, not really supplier issue, would have been quick but Postie took 3 extra days to get to my house due to road works and last attempt they walked from vehicle. Good value and also easy to assemble.

Speedy delivery and very helpful when Inthought I might have to return the product. Which I did not in the end.

My new swim backpack is even better than I was expecting. It’s like Hermione’s bag in the Harry Potter films- holds tons!

Good products. Terrible refund policy. When I returned one item, I paid the postage for this which I was happy to do. However, the cost of the original 'free' delivery was then deducted from the amount refunded. For a £12 item, I only received £4 back! Make sure you check the FAQ before ordering.

Great quality swim cap, so far waterproof.
