Simp is great, I switched to them from ID Mobile and get a cheaper deal for Unlimited, more global roaming and much quicker support. Very happy so far.

Great service provider. Flat rate with unlimited everything domestically, and solid roaming perks internationally. Regular perks with the ability to get everything from phone bill credits to additional 5g roaming data. Very few encounters with problems, but If I ever have any issues they’ve been resolved within hours if not minutes.

Been with Simp Mobile for about eight months now and I'm really happy with them. The coverage in my area (Isle of Wight) is surprisingly good, better than my old provider. I get full signal at home and hardly ever drop out when I'm driving around the countryside. I had a little issue setting up my eSIM when I first joined but the lad on chat sorted it in about ten minutes with zero stress. They've been decent value as well. Only small gripe is the voicemail doesn't allow you to record your own message.

Simp Mobile has been a brilliant switch for me. The unlimited roaming worldwide is awesome, it just works everywhere without any fuss. The app sometimes is a bit buggy with spinning for prizes and sometimes the speeds drop a tiny bit in some areas, but honestly not an issue. Customer service is quick when you need them as well. Five stars all day.

Moved to Simp after having Vodafone and Three before, and it’s much better. No connectivity issues, fast, reliable, unlimited data, and the travel eSIM is awesome, haven’t had to get an eSIM abroad for any of my trips and it’s been working perfectly every time. For the price it beats anything in the market right now (and beats the way pricier options I had before, that also performed much worse…)

​I’ve only recently joined Simp Mobile, but I honestly couldn't be happier. As a full-time student, finding affordable unlimited data is absolutely essential, and locking in £10.00 for life is an unbeatable deal.

​The 5G reception has been fantastic, providing a brilliant connection wherever I go. What really sets them apart, though, are the amazing roaming deals, both across the EU and worldwide. It's incredibly reassuring to know I won't be caught out by massive charges when travelling.

​I am absolutely thrilled with the network so far and just hoping the service continues to be this excellent! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from the start. Customer support cannot do enough to help. Switched from VOXI in just over a day. Simp coins rewarded each day, just for being a customer which you can redeem for money off your bill. All that along with unlimited UK data, calls and texts, plus 20GB EU data and unlimited international roaming data - all for £15 per month or £10 per month for students via student beans. Absolute bargain!

Best deal for students. I get unlimited data in the UK and abroad too. Switched from voxi which was too expensive and didnt have roaming. Customer support was very helpful and responsive

Free points every day that you can claim stuff with. Currently have free unlimited roaming whilst in turkey

I switched to Simp Mobile recently as it was the cheapest I could find for unlimited data, without a contract. So far, it's been great - can't complain, I was emailed a QR with an eSIM and switched my number the next day. I had an issue where my daily points weren't being rewarded properly, but it was resolved quickly when I spoke to customer service. No plans to leave!

I am very happy with this mobile network. The connectivity is great in the UK as well as abroad. I won a free month and unlimited roaming which came in handy when I was travelling in Malaysia, Thailand and Abu Dhabi.
