Longue attente pour la réception. Matériel de la robe est horrible, j’aurais eu meilleur chez Walmart à un coup moindre. Entrepôt au Canada mais retour en Chine à un prix plus élevé que la valeur de l’item donc impossible. Ce sont des voleurs ! Faites attention à toutes les pubs avec un nom de villes Canadiennes, ce sont des faux. 😑

Cheap polyester Chinese garbage arrive, nothing like the image on the website. I could get better quality at Walmart for 1/3 price. I should have read the return policy and seen "China". It is a complete scam, posing as a Canadian company. False advertising. Now their website has disappeared....

This product is 95% polyester plastic yuck 🤢 can’t even stand it on my skin definitely regret not checking in this it is not a Calgary company the product is line shien ! Not any cotton at all !

I ordered a size 9 in a sandal! I received a size 10 which is marked on sandal. TOO big. Obviously! The plastic bag said in many languages, that this the size I ordered! Not so! Read reviews and cost to return is.prohibitive! Want to make it right? Send me my correct size!

If I could give a review that’s less than 1 star, I would. This is a complete scam! I purchased what looked to be an elegant dress online from a Canadian company….I received an item from China that was a different fabric, colour and cut that looked like a dress made from flag material with clown colours. The number is out of service and the kicker is that to get a refund, you need to ship the product back to China for $145-$250…dishonourable thieves is who you’re purchasing from.

I did place an order online. When I got the email confirmation of the order, there was no sales tax charged. I live in Canada so they are supposed to charge tax. I immediately became suspicious and questioned them. I asked for their address and phone number in Calgary but they did not supply that info. All communication was by email. I told them to cancel my order immediately and refund my credit card charges. I then noticed that my online banking charge for my order said Nootdorp, NH. That is certainly not Calgary, Alberta! I looked it up and Nootdorp and is a town in South Holland, Netherlands! I was lucky enough to get a full refund as my order had not shipped yet. If they are legit I wonder why they lie about their location? They are definitely not in Canada. And they don’t answer my questions when it comes to their location. Their website is obviously fabricated. The products look nice but they are probably not the quality as shown! Buyer beware!

I received my package in a bag, the shoes at 100 $ canadian, with a rounded end instead if pointed one, the heel is made of plastic and are of very poor quality. And it's took nearly a month to received it. Return must be send in China to my charge. Very disappointed for not say, angry!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! IT IS A SCAM. THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT AS THEY APPEAR! They wanted me to return the product but have to purchase a label from them that costs almost $75 canadian with the exchange rate. The product was $120. It is not located in Toronto and is not Canadian. The product is cheap as anything.

This place is a scam DO NOT ORDER from this website. False advertisement. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and the color and quality are not as advertised on their website pictures. Way too over priced for basic crap. You’ll get way much better quality from SHEIN.

What you see on their website and order is NOT was is received. Ordered windproof wool jacket - received a see thru sweater with hood, one button in middle and the sleeves are 3/4 length. The 0ther 3 items were just as bad. Very poor quality. I placed my order and within 12 hours, I tried to cancel but was told already being processed but still took 3 weeks to arrive. Too bad I have to give a 1- sh/be -1

Purchased and within 30 minutes I emailed to cancel my order.
Within 24 hrs I was sent a response saying that my order was processed. Received the shoes, cheap, no size stamped anywhere in or on the shoes and they were at least 2 sizes too big. When I contacted them for a refund they first asked if I would want to order a smaller size ??? don't know how this was going to happen as 6 was there smallest and what I ordered! In order to receive the refund you are responsible for the cost of return with tracking. Which was going to cost me $84 for shoes that already cost $79.95 as they are to be shipped to China. This is not a Canadian store as they obviously set out to look like. I was sent to the site from a travel site that I was on searching for a comfortable sneaker for an upcoming trip. Total rip off!!!!

total scammers They have a fake website. I should have red reviews before ordering. To return the item. i would have to purchase a return label that wound cost me over 70 dollars. thats not even knowing that they would credit back your cost for a dress that was not even worth a dollar, but was charged the same amount as the shipping label. they sell total trash. Stay Away.
