Je comprends que cela ait pu vous donner cette impression, mais il ne s’agit pas de bots. Les messages que vous mentionnez correspondent très probablement aux questions “Brise-glace” proposées sur le profil.

En effet, chaque membre peut choisir des questions pour faciliter les premiers échanges. Si aucune question n’est sélectionnée, le système en attribue automatiquement quelques-unes de manière aléatoire. Il est donc possible que plusieurs membres aient les mêmes questions, ce qui peut donner l’impression de messages identiques.

Ces questions ont justement pour but de démarrer la conversation plus facilement entre membres.

Si vous avez le moindre doute sur un profil ou un échange, n’hésitez pas à le signaler afin que nous puissions vérifier.

When it comes to the "decoy profiles" we would like to inform you that we do not create fake profiles. You may be referring to profiles with placeholder photo's. This means that the user has not yet uploaded a picture.

I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience. I understand your frustration, but I want to clarify that we take reports about fake profiles very seriously and the platform is actively monitored to detect and remove suspicious accounts.

Regarding pricing: all subscription prices and terms are shown clearly before payment is confirmed.

If you can share more info about the profiles I'm happy to review any profiles you believe are not genuine.

On another aspect of customer service: I wanted to let you know we care about our customer. But as with any other contract, there are binding terms like cancellation, for example. If there hasn't been a timely cancellation, the Premium Membership gets renewed.
