Their services were professional and their approach sets them apart from mainstream matchmakers. They took out the ambiguity from online dating in the way the pre and post date processes were structured. I believe irrespective of the outcome, the RoI could have been better. I recieved inadequate number of matches (<6) for the 8 months I was enrolled, and sometimes the matches were not a mutual fit. I would have also liked to see some proactive visibility around my next date.

Feels like in order to sell their services, they made too many promises and delivered on nothing. Except the first match, neither of the other 4 matches suggested aligned with my preferences (false promise 1). The customer service rep would go MIA for months (false promise 2 - timely updates) and then email me some random match just to then say they suggested me matches (match would be completely off my original preference or incremental feedback - false promise 3). They don’t have a Customer Rep in US so you really need to adjust your schedule based on their working hours (false promise 4). They did acknowledge that my case was handled poorly and offer to extend my membership without any additional cost but based on my experience dealing with them, i realized it wasn’t worth it.

Because they don’t have to return money if they can’t match you, the accountability was certainly lacking

When I have signed up to the service to help find a significant other, the Founders were very enthusiastic to personally be involved from day 1 to learn more about me, my search criteria and tailor their approach in finding a suitable match. The team has been very proactive and efficient in their communications, seeking feedback post meetings and always being kind as well as funny in their interactions (we could always do with sense of humour!). Overall, the Sirf Coffee team consists is vibrant bunch of matchmakers, who make what would have been a usually daunting process into a very pleasant customer service (irrespective of the outcome). Hence, I would recommend it to global Indian professionals to subscribe to Sirf Coffee to help in their search in this otherwise overwhelming world of dating!
