I have nothing bad to say, they sorted out the dno g99 as I have a 5kW system, everything arrived quickly, the installers were nice, the installers shown me how to use the App and the inverter and once my current electricity contract is over, asked me to get in touch to sort out moving over to a different provider to get the best deal with the system.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Sirius Solar from start to finish.

Originally quoted for a 10-panel system, but after the site survey they worked hard to redesign the layout and maximise the roof space. We ended up with a larger system than first expected, and the installers took the time to explain the technical side properly throughout.

Communication has been excellent. There was a stock issue with the original Aiko 490W panels due to extremely current high demand , but rather than quietly substituting them, they called me directly, explained the situation honestly, offered alternatives, a refund option, or the choice to wait. I appreciated the transparency.

The installation team have been professional, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions on their visits. Cable routing has been thought through carefully to minimise
visibility and impact and the overall install feels well planned after initial site survey rather than rushed. A professional job.

- EcoFlow PowerOcean battery system& inverter
- backup gateway for power cuts

All premium bits of kit and with installation costs competitively priced too.

Before the installation team left they took the time to answer any question I had and took me through everything explaining how everything works clearly.

A special mention for Liam being flexible and patient throughout the process, especially while discussing panel layouts, inverter configuration, and future optimisation with our EV tariff.

Liam has been a pleasure to do business with, he’s very knowledgable and understands good customer service.

Liam and his team at Sirius Solar have been brilliant with our Solar and Battery storage project. From the start Liam impressed me by making time to visit our Home to survey the work and discuss how we could achieve the best solution. Then we agreed the right phasing of the project considering the other work we are doing on our home. Now we have just completed phase 1 and are super impressed with the technology and the cost savings. Looking forward to working with Liam on future phases as we expand our system to be more energy independent!

Great price and service

Liam from SSI Ltd. came to give a price quote for a replacement inverter. We agreed a price and a couple of days later it was fitted.
The fitter was professional and helpful, completed very quickly. No mess no fuss

I am very happy with my Solar panels and battery installation by this company. The overall work was done within 7 days. They listened to what I wanted and gave me what I had asked for at a reasonable price, they provided great service, they were very efficient and professional and their quality of work is excellent.
