My kid's bunk bed was completely disassembled and all the pieces were mixed together. Stewart Movers didn't just dump it in a box. They kept screws in labeled baggies and even wrapped the mattress separately. When i unpacked, putting it back together took just ten minutes. Normally that would've been a whole afternoon.
I read every line on the contract. Found nothing wrong. That's rare. Steward Movers showed up exactly when the contract said. Charged exactly what the contract said. Didn't try to add fees. I was ready to argue. Didn't need to. Disappointing for my inner litigator. Great for my move.
The guys were working a little noisily, but the furniture and walls were not touched. This is more important.
