Took for ever to arrive and when it did the size stated a L, it's supposed to be a oversized hoody but was to small for me a size M, They said I had to pay the return postage even thou there sizing was wrong, Don't Bother, I put it in the bin

Ordered a zip top and matching leggings received the zip top over a month later no leggings emailed them many times no reply then out of the blue i got one reply explaining nothing but just to wait, it is now over two months still no leggings have just tried to email them again but wont even send??
Do not use this company!

Wish I had looked on Trustpilot before buying this complete fake!
It’s 100% polyester, the originals are 50% cotton, probably get an electric shock wearing it, not oversized at all. Black marks on the writing, no logo on chest or arm, awful stitching and it’s from CHINA!
Had I known it was coming from China I wouldn’t have bought it but it’s company address is the Netherlands.
Returns are costly and not guaranteed!
Why the hell are these companies allowed to get away with this!

I bought a blakely hoodie for my partner thinking they were genuine, turns out theyre Terrible fakes. The Fabric is not the same not even close to the fabric that is used from the original Blakely website. The build quality is not great, the sizing of the lettering is of compared to the real ones. The size guide is also different to the Blakely website. I thought i was buying genuine products so that made it even more of a downfall. Not happy especially after it taking 2 weeks to be delivered.

Ordered 8 days ago and not shipped yet. No reply to emails asking why. Scam site?

I am soo in love with the oversized sherpa teddy jacket so lovely and super cute and keep me warm and it goes with everything!

It wasn’t a bad experience, but the selection felt a bit limited i wanted the suede women's boots but didnt find the right colour.

Absolute SCAM of a company dont buy from them! I tried to return some items and they made me pay for shipment to china and on top of that I still havent gotten my money back and it has been almost 2 months.

Absolutely awful customer service.

I was unhappy with the quality of my products (I only received 2 out of 3), and have been endlessly trying to return after being promised a free shipping label, to then being told I had to pay for my own shipping TO CHINA which will cost £26.

I still have not been refunded for the item I never received, despite being promised I would.

Won’t ever be shopping here again, and certainly NOT recommending!!!

Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if I had the option too. Ordered over a month ago, still not received item, customer service is shocking and won’t refund me my money. Yet send a response requesting to close the chargeback with my bank immediately although yet still not received item. Huge scam do not buy from.

Terribly qualify for the price! The goods take more than 2 weeks to arrive. Return is not automatic and need to email and bear return charges. I have emailed more than a day ago and still no response! Never ordering from this shop again.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 T-shirts 46 days ago and they’ve still not arrived. They keep saying the issue is with the courier and won’t refund me. Do not buy from this company.

This company appears to be based in the Netherlands be aware they are not they show lovely photos of their items however only after ordering do you realise they are another company buying their goods from China. I order two pairs of shorts they took a long time to arrive and are nothing like the advertised items they are shoddy. When you decide to return them you will receive details of a very expensive return to China so far the offer is 20% discount and a 50% gift voucher to buy more shoddy items DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless of course you are willing to lose the money.
