Took order, never sent items. Order never changed from processing. Sent multiple emails and form submissions and no response. Credit Card dispute in progress.

It's been 60+ business days and I still haven't received my tracking info or any updates

They took my order but I never received anything, they also put sissy dream on your bank charge.

Scam...

I bought products and I haven't heard anything about my order and they don't respond to any messages and I can't get my money back. So they stole my money and are a fake shopping site, don't buy anything from this site.

I ordered a shirt on the 13th of last month and haven't received it . I left messages and no response . I will not buy anything from them again. I wouldn't have given them a one star but I had to to leave this review. I'm very unsatisfied with them.

Delivered wrong item but received no refund

They don't send anything and they don't respond.

They took my money for my order and never sent anything out to me. Multiple messages to them about this have been ignored 100% of the time. It's been months now and still nothing. They just stole my money and nobody should trust this company!

Miss jasmine was super understanding and helpful when sending me a new replacement item. I ordered 10 items and one of them was defective, so I reached out to them and their support agent jasmine quickly understood my case and sent a replacement item with an extra gift. She was great and in the end I was very satisfied with all my items.

The dress and t shirt I got were not what was pictured at all. The dress was two pieces and the underlay slip was way too big and long for the lace overlay. The t shirt looked like the edge seams were partially cut with scissors. Do not waste your money. Very unhappy

I have ordered 7 dresses from sissystore.com which also owns Birchplace.com ,
themaidstore.com, sissyworld.com and only received 3 of them . the other 4 the owner decided not to send it and kept the money. I lost £600 because PAYPAL couldnt resolve the issue because there were MADE TO MEASURE dresses . The owner is a dominatrix that lives and works in Thailand, she is a british lady called MISTRESS ALAYA , afetr speaking directly to her she decided to keep the money and dont send me the dresses. TOTAL FRAUD !

Beautiful sissy shop with a very friendly and helpful assistant on the live chat that helped me figure out the correct outfit sizes for me and even offered me a 10% coupon discount. Highly recommend it!
