Add your addresses from Site, Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail and other providers, and read all your mail in one calm inbox. SiteBirdy sorts your mail for you. Messages from real people come first, while newsletters, notifications and receipts are folded out of the way. New senders wait until you let them in, and mail from look-alike addresses and fake companies is flagged. Links are checked before they open, remote images stay hidden until you allow them, and two-step verification keeps your account safe. It is built to save you time: undo most actions, undo send, snooze, send later, reply templates, rules and search across all your mail. Your Today board brings together priority mail, your calendar, to-dos, notes, weather and exchange rates. SiteBirdy also works for teams, with shared mailboxes, team calendars and address books, roles and an activity log. Choose from four themes, light or dark mode, and 24 European languages. Use it in your browser or as an app for Mac and Windows, and connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT if you want to. Your mail stays on your own mail server. SiteBirdy runs on our own servers in the Netherlands, and we don't sell your data, show ads or use your mail to train AI. SiteBirdy is made by Site B.V. in Almere, the Netherlands.

Great app, appears to work well and like the new sender feature so you can block those emails immediately. grouping options are useful as well.

SiteBirdy, eindelijk een goeie
Ik gebruik nu een paar weken SiteBirdy en ben er zeer content mee. Eindelijk een online mailclient die eenvoudig is in gebruik en doet wat ie moet doen.

SiteBirdy is een fantastisch mailprogramma dat eindelijk de mogelijkheid biedt om meteen je spam te filteren dat in mailbox binnenkomt. Voor mij is dit een reden om het mijn standaard mailprogramma te maken. Hulde voor het team van site.nl

Verrassend deze web-based emailclient
Verrassend deze web-based emailclient! Je eigen mail in een ander jasje. Omdat het webbased is gemaakt draait deze altijd op de achtergrond waardoor er nieuwe functionaliteit ontstaat, zoals het 'later verzenden'. Daar was ik al een poos naar op zoek. In Thunderbird wel een add-on maar dan moet Thunderbird wel actief zijn uiteraard.
Het is nog wel even wennen... een andere manier van werken als je jaaaren met Thunderbird heb gewerkt. Dus echt helemaal over ben ik nog niet.

Emailadressen zijn makkelijk te koppelen, het programma werkt snel en fijn dat ik MCP's van bijvoorbeeld Claude kan koppelen.
Sinds ik mijn emailadressen via sitebirdy beheer, bespaar ik behoorlijk wat tijd.

SiteBirdy is wat mij betreft absoluut 5 sterren waard
SiteBirdy is wat mij betreft absoluut een aanwinst. Is snel, modern en ook gewoon overzichtelijk. Gewoon een e-mailprogramma dat doet wat we willen.
Wat ik ook erg waardeer, is dat de beheerde echt actief de boel doorontwikkelt en naar gebruikers luistert. Dat zie je tegenwoordig niet meer bij grote bedrijven. Complimenten dus aan de makers! Dus 5 sterren.

Zeer tevreden over SiteBirdy
Sinds kort gebruik ik SiteBirdy als e-mailclient en het bevalt (ik gebruik het nu ongeveer een week) zeer goed. Makkelijk in gebruik en zeer overzichtelijk. ik heb thunderbird nu van mijn laptop verwijderd want SiteBirdy is tot nu toe een beter alternatief. TOP.

Impressive
SiteBirdy is offered as part of hosting packages with site.eu. I started using it soon after it was available in early October 2026 It popped up in my control panel so I decided to try it. I have used a number of online or offline mail apps in the past and this is the best!
Once familiar it is slick and easy to use. There are various useful features such as address and calendar syncing with the likes of iCloud and Google. In particular it allows access to other email accounts, outside of site.eu, all on the one page, which I have found very useful.
They are still adding features - I have made several suggestions which were quickly implemented!
UPDATE
Further features have been added very quickly, and although there are a couple of small areas awaiting improvement or addition, it my go-to mailer.
