Great Experience

SiteCountry's so-called 24/7 support is a complete scam. For the last 3 days, I’ve been stuck with an unresolved issue and the only replies I get are generic apologies — no solutions, no follow-ups, no urgency.

You can’t keep fooling customers with fake promises. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and unless your team improves, I can’t recommend your service to anyone. Start fixing problems, not just saying sorry.

I think it is the fastest hosting which gives me 6gb of ram (premium cloud) which is fast enough even I have installed 10+ plugin of woocommerce related including dokan etc

I wish I could give zero star. It's no less than a scam. I paid for all the services, and still they keel suspending my website. They have no customer service, live chat is pathetic. They will take a day to reply and apologize and restart. And, out of blue, suspend it again. It's going on for more than a month. Don't waste your money here. I am stuck with them but next time won't go with this for sure.

SiteCountry is a great hosting company it is better then hostinger because this plan is cheaper than hostinger and also its support system is very good, I am usinge Sitecountry and hostinger, In hostinger I have a problem my site was Broken due to installing some plugin when i talk to hostinger to solve the problem they Gave me an article and told a read this and solve your issue, And yesterday I have a problem in sitecoutry hosting a plugin not activating in my WordPress site which hosted on site country I raise A Support Ticket on in sitecountry and explain isuue and in 2 hours sitecountry support staff Arun solved my problem

Overall Sitecountry Is A Good hosting Company if you have less technical knowledge and searching a affordable and highspeed Hosting then you can go with Sitecountry without any hesitation

Review after 2 Years of usage, i wrote review eaarlier as well when this company started.
This is my review about the renewal experience which has been great as well.

I am using Premium cloud pro hosting from 2 years and its really great, uptime has been above 99.95% which is decent and pricing is unbeatable and i get discount on renewal also.

Improved support and good pricing now 💯

- Good Pricing now, they have reduced price by additional 10-15 % for my package I contacted for discount by ticket.
- I faced downtime in February and March but from April my site Is stable after server update.

- Chat support is not too deep but ticket support is technical and problem solver. They say that soon chat support will also handle deep issues.

Writing this review after 1 year of usage. Site country has good pricing packages in premium and elite segments. Their large dedicated server are also great if you are looking for best priced solution under dedicated Hosting.
They have given me dedicated IP address in their elite plans which is what impressed me and made me write this review.

I'm writing this review to warn others about my experience with SiteCountry. While I understand occasional issues can arise, the frequency and severity of problems I encountered were unacceptable.

Frequent Downtime: My website experienced downtime for extended periods (6-8 hours) nearly every day. This significantly impacted my online presence and potential business.

Unannounced Changes: SiteCountry made changes to my server IP address without any notification. This can cause disruptions and require additional work to ensure everything functions properly.

SSL Certificate Issues: On multiple occasions, my website's SSL certificate inexplicably disappeared. This raises security concerns and can negatively affect user trust.

Slow Loading Times: Even when the website was accessible, page loading speeds were consistently slow, creating a poor user experience.

Unresponsive Support: Reaching customer support proved frustrating. Response times were slow, often exceeding a day after a website outage. Additionally, communication lacked resolution or clear updates on ongoing issues.

Overall:

Unfortunately, SiteCountry fell short in providing reliable and responsive hosting services. The constant downtime, unannounced changes, and lack of communication created a significant headache. I strongly recommend considering alternative hosting providers to ensure your website's stability and success.

Trustpilot should really consider adding a 0-star option for hosting companies like SiteCountry. They don’t even deserve a single star.

I can't find any words in the English language to fully express how awful their server and service quality are. Nearly every day, their server is down for 6 to 8 hours. They change your server IP address without informing you, and sometimes your SSL certificate just disappears. Most of the time, your pages take ages to load! When you reach out to their support, they say they’re checking or fixing the issue, and then they vanish. They might respond a day after your site goes down! Their service is terrible, and their servers are the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

They clearly don’t care about your business or your site. Their responsibility to customers is non-existent! I deeply regret buying their service.

So, please, don’t fall into their trap! SiteCountry is a total scam!
