Engineers arrived on time and in appalling weather but they carried on repairing the unit regardless. We were grateful and delighted to have it operational again. Thankyou so much to them.

They advise in good time when they are coming the come on time as agreed they carry out their work efficiently take photos of what they are checking and provide these with a full easily understood report with appropriate advice on future action.

We have been using S & S for 20 years and they have provided excellent service.Appointments are always kept & on time, good workmanship & Engineers are always very efficient & pleasant. Can recommend 100%,

I’ve been using their services for 11 years and this site has been serviced by S&S since the treatment works were installed about 25 years ago I believe.
Every aspect of the service and advice is excellent and a masterclass in how to run this type of company. Prices are highly competitive and every visit has been booked ahead of time to suit me and has never been cancelled or late to arrive. Remarkable, but not surprising.
