Tour Operator stopped journey in midway as he had not received his previous and current payments from SIT Holidays. Operator asked us to pay Rs. 5000/- but after so many phone calls to Mr. Prabhat from SIT, matter was settled. Same was happened at Darjeeling also. Tour was from 1st March to 10th March.

Had kerala Trip, Really Good service with good cost, Kerala trip very well managed, overall enjoyed the trip completely. Thanks for Good hospitality

It has been a very beautiful facility. We went for a walk through this package s-it, inside which all the facilities were kept. There was no shortage of any kind inside it and all the facilities were full and thanks to the same people, they made a tour package for all of us and we remained consistent, which was well received.

Really helpful from beginning to end of our DUBAI trip. Also They gave us the best and affordable deal in terms of money and services.

Sit Holiday totally chitter company
I book Kerala tour in July 2018 and paid advance 10% amount.when I book tour company show 3 stars hotels the received advance amount company change hotels category. Then I cancelled my tour and ask my deposit money .But company not refundedy my amount.till after one year.

My tour of gangtok-darjeeling was worst. I had gone with my wife and 1 yr old kid,hotels rooms were pathetic, congested and with no ventilation.I tried calling agents from SIT ( nirmal/anil) they did not bother to answer my calls at all. Both were quick on getting entire payment done.I feel cheated. Request all do not book tour package from these guys and suffer instead of enjoying the tour. Everyone travels to create memories and not to have nightmares.

Very bad experience with SIT Holidays (Delhi)… Avoid doing business with Jitendra Pastor & team
Challenges faced:
1. I booked for a 7 day Thailand tour with 4 Star Hotels (3 hotels in Thailand) but they booked for 2 star hotel (in Hotel Convenient Grand, Bangkok, Thailand) when I paid them for 4 star package..... Hotel Ashlee Heights was also not a 4 Star. At Miracle Suites (Pattaya), I was asked to give a refundable deposit of Baht 1000 inspite of making full payment in India before starting the trip ( Deposit details were never mentioned before).
2. Jitendar Pastor (Jitendra.p@, 8130962444) was reachable only before I made the 1st payment and then he and his operational head Vikas (Vikas@, 9211684078) was never reachable when I was trying to reach them for help while in Thailand. Vikas was least bothered to receive calls and help inspite of being part of the operational whatsapp group. He agrees to call back after 30 mins but then he never called.
3. In the iternary, SIT Holidays mentioned "Bangkok city tour & temple tour" but they covered 2 temples but didn't cover Bangkok City (When asked they said Bangkok city famous for temples)
4. On the second last day in Bangkok, they agreed to provide pick up at 8:00 AM to cover Safari world and Marine Park (Bangkok) but after several follow-ups since 8:30 AM pickup reached hotel after 10:30 AM hence my family missed 3 events at Marine Park. SIT Holidays was giving false promises that the pickup will reach in 10 mins since 8:30 AM.

Please avoid SIT Holidays if possible as they are not trustworthy & also not reachable when you need them.

Very bad experience with sit holiday they r really fraud...they book lowest package nd we paid them according to highest package.....nirmal had make all arrangement for us he only make people fool

I booked 10 days tour to Sikkim with SIT and Anjali from SIT has done a fabulous arrangement and our journey was hassel free. Travel agent was everyday calling and asking the everyday travel feedback. I loved the trip organization and Anjali was promptly responding and resolving all problems and query. I satisfied with service provided by SIT.
