This chair exceeded all our expectations. It's cozy, stylish and well-made. Our whole family enjoys using it. If we need more seating furniture, Sitjoy will be our first choice without doubt.

Nice couch, looks decent, does not smell, relatively deep seat, great for taking a nap. No assemble needed.

This a lovely set it's comfortable easy to assemble. The legs are in the bottom of the sofa held in place by the cushions. I couldn't find them at first . Contacted the seller they were ready assist but I found them . excellent Buy for family.

The seats are firm, yet very comfortable & incredibly easy to assemble. I had my first party with the new setup and everyone thought it was comfy and looked great too. I'm beyond pleased with the quality of this purchase. Yes, it's not real leather, but it's a pretty good imitation and I'd say the price reflects that. I also don't have to worry about my cats tearing it up..plus there's plenty of storage. Perfect for my small house! Delivery was faster than expected.

DO NOT BUY FROM SitJoy.

I spent over $1,200 on dining room chairs that were never delivered to my address. The delivery photo provided by the carrier clearly shows the boxes were left at the wrong unit. I submitted multiple photos of my actual door and unit number proving the delivery location did not match my address, yet SitJoy still refused to issue a refund.

My order was also delayed by more than two weeks because the items were supposedly out of stock, despite being listed as available on their website.

The worst part was the customer service. Instead of helping resolve an obvious delivery mistake, I was accused of fraud for disputing an order I never received.

I paid for furniture I do not have, provided clear evidence that the delivery was made to the wrong address, and was denied any meaningful assistance.

Based on my experience, SitJoy does not stand behind its customers when issues arise. I would never order from this company again and strongly recommend buying elsewhere.

Assembly was a total breeze for this leather couch. I was super worried about my 100lb dog puncturing the leather but its been holding up perfectly fine so far. Great quality.

honestly took a gamble ordering this sofa online. i was skeptical about there being no metal grips to hold the pieces together but the result is gorgeous and its so supportive to sit on. worth it.

They sent the wrong size and want me to pay to return it never buy from sitjoy
