Thief they offered job at the beginning and they said it's free then they told me to pay 30 sar for someone and they sent me his stc mobile number

Swimming suit came with the crashed closure, But you can't return it, so I put into the bin, cos was a rubbish!

Poor services!
How many time they delayed my order they can't even provide the driver's number or track where the order is!

I had great experience with this company. Sadly it was sold to Noon (who has pathetic customer service). Otherwise they usually have very good deals. Just you need to wait for the right time. The prices go up and down most of the time.
Items are legit.

I have order a shoes and paid the extra amount for the same day delivery. However I haven't receive my order. Such dispointed Paying extra amount for the service which wasn't provided. do not offer the addidtional service with additional cost which you cannot you cannot provide to your customer.

Absolutely marvelous service with in 2 days I have received my shipment NSAF2S0090371828. I have received Authentic Vans old skool shoes. My first experience is excellent with SIVVI.com.

This is completely shocking service coming from the UAE!
Usually, customer service in this region is excellent. But with Sivvi, it felt like I was shopping in a third world country. I paid extra fees for next day shipping- and it never arrived. I waited for a days and days, but each time I checked my order status, the delivery date kept changing to the next week! There is no contact email or anything! Horrible app, and will never use again!

I ordered 3 items but only received 2. My account said 3rd item had been delivered, but it was not in my package. Upon contacting customer service several times I was told CCTV footage had been watched and showed my 3rd item had been packed into my package and that I would NOT receive a refund for my missing item!!! This is simply a lie because the item was not delivered to me. I won't ever buy from Sivvi again, awful customer service.

I ordered on December 11,2022 and my order hasn’t come and there’s no way to contact anyone.

Unfortunately, theres a big authenticity difference with the converse shoes I bought from them and the converse shoes I bought in converse shop itself. Its very obvious and I'm so sad and disappointed cause I have been wanting that shoes for the longest time plus it's my first time to purchase from SIVVI. I even bought 2 and I am returning it.

I recently bought four different Adidas products from Sivvi UAE, but because of size and taste I returned them all. The speed of shipping and return was so excellent that it’s worth writing a review about. The consistency in what an employee explains with really is noteworthy. The easy way of choosing either to get the money back as credit or bank refund is outstanding!
I haven’t experienced such service with other companies (not even Adidas Store in UAE!) Thank you Sivvi for the good and professional service you provide!

Not sure why such a bad rating but my experience shopping with Sivvi was smooth. Super fast delivery as promised, next day, left at the door, item great quality, delivery fee is reasonable.

I wanted to return an item which was not an appropriate fit as mentioned on the website. Let me tell you, its been more than 3 weeks and they were not able to arrange a return with their Courier company. I made seveal calls and emails for this and the only response I get is to receive a call back within 72 hours. Don't ever buy anything from them if you ever expect to return for any reasons.

I bought a nike shoes and it was fake.

Bad experience, bad customer care, bad speed of service, even the refund took more than 2 weeks, you cannot enjoy and feel happy with this application! Already deleted

The quality is so good and soft.. Love the material.. Delivery was on time.

I have ordered from SIVVI and i will enumerate my horrible experiences.

1. I received my Bag worth AED 2,250 in a plastict not even in a Bubble wrap or Box.
2. I sent them my feedback and i am asking for the authenticity or proof that even we purchased it from Sivvi, the COACH store can identify it as original right?

- I explain in the email and have a long conversation and they sent me this CERTIFICATE OF THE COMPANY showing that their bags a authentic and they are allowed to sell in the UAE.

I dont think they get me when i said authenticity from the COACH store or they are not sure if their products is authentic because they cannot go to the coach store to check if the bag is authentic. and yes 2 weeks ago and the email has not yet done.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM APP!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY IS SUCH A NIGHTMARE! The delivery driver will never answer your call, resulting to multiple delays, plus there is apparently NO ESCALATION process with customer service team. Half the time the agents are confused with what info to reply with.*****HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED******

They have a one day 10.10 sale and the told us via email (along with a prepare your wishlist). Turns out NOTHING I saved on my wishlist changed prices at all. Not a dirham reduced. Lol 😂 Not falling for this junk.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered before 6pm yesterday as this was an office address...
I received a message from the driver at 10.15pm on the same day to tell me he was on his way.
Tried to call him but he would not pick-up the phone.
Finally managed to reach him and he said he was off and not knowing who will be delivering and when...
Reached customer service, pretty unhelpful, who registered my complain and said I would hear from them within 48 hours !!!!
After harassing them on social media, by phone and email, I finally managed to get my parcel delivered today !
Fortunately I was in as the courrier, who was supposed to send a message before coming, just turned up with no warning...
So, not a great experience with unecessary stress.
