I am so happy with the quality and authenticity of the dresses in relation to the website! Looks exactly like the photos, feels even better. All staff has been so diligent with their responses. My first order came in very quickly & in great condition, I am sure my next will too. Another bridesmaid has said the same after ordering and we have no reservations about the remaining ladies ordering theirs next! Angelika has been so kind and accommodating when fixing my order & Joanna immediately hopped in when needed. Feeling lucky to support and rep such a great brand of amazing women who seem to truly care about their products and customers!

Had an issue with not recieving a refund. Emailed customer services and Anjelica arranged for my refund the next day.

I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from six stores. One of the dresses came with a fault. Camille was so helpful and ensured I had a good returns experience with the reorder costing me no extra than what I had originally paid with free delivery. Thank you so much. The dresses are stunning and we can’t wait to wear them :)

Had an issue with Royal Mail delivering parcel to incorrect address (and not having a clue where it actually went!) emailed six stories and got a very fast response from Joanna, who went above and beyond to get this sorted for me! The dress was for a wedding that is coming up soon and she resolved the issue asap! Very friendly and helpful and will return again due to the 5star customer service

After having problems with a return due to an issue with Royal Mail I was concerned I would be out of my 14 day return window . After emailing Six Stories explaining, Joanna got back to me quickly reassuring me and assuring me this wouldn't be a problem . The customer service from Joanna was exceptional , quick , professional yet very personable . Happy to say my daughter will be wearing a Six Storie dress for her wedding . What could of been a stressful experience was made very easy

Just wanted to give a shout out to the customer care service at Six Stories and in particular Joanna. I have contacted them twice recently- once with a stock query and once checking the status of a return and both times received a prompt and friendly response. Joanna made me feel heard and valued.

Customer Service were quick to respond and gave great service. Camille was very understanding and did their best to help me with my issue, which was resolved.

Was told there was delay with warehouse and my refund would take 15 days, it is now 28 days since my item was returned to the warehouse and I have still not received my refund.

Camille has been very helpful on a number of occasions with returns and delivery queries! Thanks!

Joanna was so helpful and quick to respond! The zip broke on the dress and Joanna sorted it so quick and got a new one ordered for me.

Really great custumer service! Tabs Alice and Joanna all helped send out another package the same day when there was an issue with royal mail!

I was sent the wrong size but spoke with Tabs who was able to help, I was refunded the delivery charge too. Nothing was a problem and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Beautiful dress received, but I had sizing issues, so I needed customer service assistance. Camille was extremely helpful to me on multiple occasions and promptly resolved my customer service needs.

Great quality dresses, came quickly and in perfect condition for my girls to try on. Sent a couple back for different sizes and had a small delay on a refund but once I raised that issue formally, Alice helped me immediately and sorted my refund out!
