Guten Tag meine Bestellung ist bezahlt worden aber nach mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde leider immernoch gesagt das mein Paket nicht bezahlt ist. Die Zahlung ist mit Nachweis zu geschickt worden und langsam fühle ich mich echt betrogen ich bestelle seit zwei Jahren bei sixty eight ich kam wieder wegen der Werbung und guten Angeboten aber naja bin etwas enttäuscht es ist auch eine Bestellung von 163.50 also nicht wenig Geld.. #68551

Kommunikation sehr schlecht, Lieferung der Bestellung läuft schleppend, Bestätigung der Bestellung dauert ewig,auf Anfrage wird nicht reagiert.

I am extremely concerned about my experience with Sixty8. I have identified several severe violations that I am reporting to the competent European authorities:
PRODUCT SAFETY: The products received have a strong, undeniable smell of chemical solvents (ethanol/isopropanol). This indicates poor purification and potential toxicity. Selling such contaminated products is a major health hazard and a violation of safety regulations.
PRICE DECEPTION (Omnibus Directive): The website fails to comply with EU Directive 2019/2161. They display fake discounts without showing the lowest price from the last 30 days. This is an illegal and deceptive commercial practice.
LACK OF SUPPORT: Despite the gravity of the safety report, the company has ignored my emails, while more professional competitors in the industry have already acknowledged the issue and issued full refunds.
FINAL NOTICE: I have not initiated the VISA chargeback yet, giving the company one last chance to settle this. However, if a full refund is not issued by tomorrow morning, I will immediately trigger the VISA Chargeback through my bank and finalize my formal complaints with AGCM and the RAPEX alert system. Do not risk your health or your money here

ja kann man bestellen macht ein guten Eindruck

Fuyait ce site c'est une belle arnaque!j'ai commandé le 31 mars 3gr de thca de je sais plus quel variété de hash et 1gr de théâtre d’une autre variété...total de l'achat 51 euros!j'ai reçu 1gr de mazar sharif qui n'est pas du hash. c'est une substance impropre à la consommation et l'inhalation,juste un produit à brûler dans un pot...je vous est lu le descriptif du produit là.50 euros dans le vide je ne recommande surtout pas et vais leurs faire une belle pub.

Ma commande de 50g de triple cheddar à 110€ est bien arrivé, avec 9g de moins, et surtout (le pourquoi du comment j’avais pris autant) les deux cadeaux n’étaient pas dans mon colis, 50g de gorrila et 2g d’une autre fleur!
Quand on les contactes, le spam fait son taf et sinon quedal, fuyez j’ai testé des dizaines de sites, c’est le premier qui me déçois autant niveaux qualité, SAV et promesses en l’air. Dommage vous perdez un bon client.

Toujours rien du côté du site, il m’ont envoyé un mail en me demandant une 3eme fois d’expliquer le soucis après avoir répondu à l’avis laissé ici, mais toujours rien de concret

SCAM OR NOT?

I am very unsure as to wether or not to trust Sixty8.de anymore, since I have had good and bad experiences, and the fact that a lot of their products are very great.

This time I ordered a singular vape, but upon receiving my email-receipt as per-usual - there wasn’t a order number in it. When ordering from Sixty8.de, you receive a receipt for your purchase, and a mail with a link to GLS-tracking a long with their little “if you’d like to follow your package go to… and type in…”.

I am sad to say, that I did not receive a valid number to put in to the tracker, meaning that either they never processed my order, or completely wrote it off.

So disappointing to see. It’s been 8 days with no receipt and 3 days since I contacted them via. The mail that they encourage the people writing bad experiences to contact. No surprise that there haven’t been an answer.

Ich habe am 28. Februar bestellt und den Betrag per Echtzeitüberweisung vollständig bezahlt. Bis heute 1. April ist keine Ware angekommen. Die angebliche Sendungsnummer bei GLS ist ein reiner Fake Nr., sie existiert gar nicht.
Auf meine E-Mails kommt überhaupt keine echte Antwort. Nur automatisch generierte Textbausteine, die nichts klären und keinerlei Lösung bieten. Aber eine 5 Sterne Bewertung wird erwartet.

Faktisch wird man nach der Zahlung komplett ignoriert.

Für mich wirkt dieses Geschäftsmodell hochgradig unseriös. Ich kann nur eindringlich warnen: Finger weg von diesem Shop. Wer hier bestellt, riskiert Geldverlust und endlosen Ärger.
Am Ende gilt leider: Wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal – oder mehrfach.

Ce site est un scam, j'ai passé commande et n'ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation de commande, impossible de joindre le service client, aucune réponse ni sur Instagram, ni par mail, ni par téléphone.
Et bien évidemment le paiement est passé.
Fuyez.

Update: Kundenservice gar nicht hilfreich u keine Bearbeitung der Bestellung. Bestellung dauert eine Woche bis sie mal bearbeitet wird u der Post übergeben ist - falls überhaupt.
Aktionen werden nicht wie ausgeschrieben berücksichtigt. Bestellung werden bearbeitet u versendet wann immer es beliebt jedoch niemals zum zugesagten Zeitpunkt, falls es überhaupt ankommt. Der Kundenservice ist absolut für die Tonne. Viel versprechen u nix passiert.
Wenn ihr die Möglichkeit habt, sucht euch einen anderen Anbietern wo ihr eure Bestellung zuverlässig bekommt - bei Sixty8 wird nur kassiert u nicht versendet. Scam

I placed an order and requested cancellation before shipment.

Tracking shows the parcel has never been handed over to the courier, yet customer support keeps delaying with the same answer: “we need to check with the team”.

After multiple contacts, I still have no confirmation of cancellation or refund.

It is also pointless to suggest contacting them by email, as I have written multiple times and never received any reply.

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer support.

I will proceed with a bank dispute if this is not resolved immediately.

Be careful before ordering.

Toller Support. Immer jemand da mit dem kurz chatten kann und seine Infos holen kann. Bin sehr zufrieden. Das einzige Manko ist die Lieferzeit aber das machen sie mit kundensupport und Mega Auswahl wett 👍👍👍
