My experience in the Nottingham store was 10/10. The young gentleman that served me was fantastic! Nothing was too much for him. Didn’t have my size in store. He ordered my size for a home delivery.

Online purchase , what I wanted at right price, good quality , chose click and collect option at local store, arrived when stated , simple secure transaction. On collection friendly face to face interaction.

Great Customer Service
The shop assistants gave great customer service.
They were very helpful and helped me to order the item I needed.

Never received my order
Never received my order. Contacted Evri which were no help. Not happy. Still no delivery or shoes I paid for. Not even a refund. Delivery man left it outside and didn’t knock or ring the bell, although I was home. Not happy. Family has now missed out on their Christmas present.
