I cancelled my Size.ly account months ago but they keep charging me the monthly fee. I have emailed them about this and they do not answer the email. They have no published phone number. I was fine with the service, but no longer need it with my current business.

Very easy to comprehend and use when just starting out.

I haven’t had any problems since I started using it.

First, I saw one of my competitor using it. i gave it a try and i ended up switching to this platform

I signed up for size.ly and had an issue with billing me for the monthly plan when I signed up for the yearly plan so I canceled my subscription. I came back a few months later and signed up for the yearly plan again and they still shared me for the monthly plan again. I have sent several Emails to them about this problem but still no answer and they will not give a phone number to call and the link for the email is very hard to find. The program works fine but customer service is the worst. they must not realize that without customers they would have no business. I try to stay away from. companies like this and if they don't correct this problem I will leave again and discourage anyone else from using this service.

IF ONLY THE APPS WAS EASY TO USE AND TUTORIAL VIDOE WAS WORKING I WOULD HAVE CONTINUED MY SUBSCRIPTIONS.

I heard so many great things about size.ly. This app is a must have tool for resellers.

This simple little program gave my business a huge productivity boost. Easy to create and refine templates that are easily reused was huge for our business.

We stopped selling in the clothing category because we had so many returns and low sales.

With sizely, we have very few returns and clothing sales have increased tremendously.

Sizely offers easy to use templates. I have the basic subscription and use mostly all the templates.

I’ve been using Sizely for several years now. They have a great selection of templates. Providing detailed measurements of clothing for sale on eBay definitely cuts down on returns from buyers.

I use Sizely templates on every piece of clothing that I list.
It is simple to use & returns are practically non existent.

Some numbers for potential consumers to digest. eBay charges $59/month to host 10,000 listings with 12 photos of each item, market items to millions of potential customers, process payments, provide a platform to provide customer support, etc. A lot of things. For $59/month.

Size.ly charges $259/month to create 10,000 basic little template drawing thingies. And literally nothing else.

I mean... I've seen some absurd things in my 43 years on this planet. But this is soooooo far out there. Good luck with that biz model. Insanity.

I highly reccomend this website, because it skyrocketed my sales, never had any questions about Sizing or fit.

SCAM. NOT FREE!!! No free option when you sign up, despite that they advertise a FREE option.

I can't imagine selling without Sizely! It's made my clothing listings on eBay, Posh and Etsy easier for my customers to understand at a glance, and has cut down on my returns for fit issues, as well as making them appear more professional.

However, they seem difficult for customers to interpret. I have had an increase in customer questions regarding measurements rather decreasing. Size.ly VERY difficult to get a response from. I had to email several times before a response. I explained the issue and requested a prorated refund so I was paying for the unsuccessful 3 months I used the service but the remaining months would be refunded. Refused prorated refund and customer service will not respond to follow up questions. I highly recommend, AVOID SIZE.LY!

Terrible company - Avoid!!

I accidentally clicked on the wrong plan. Subsequently wrote 6 e-mails to them, never received a response. Images are basic, over priced and dreadful / non existent customer service
