At first, I wasn't sure it would make a difference. But as I wore it regularly, I noticed a gradual transformation. The changes weren't dramatic overnight, but over time, the results were exactly what I was hoping for. I feel much more confident now.

However, 2 weeks in the device has had its second failure and they won't assist. Replacement parts are stupidly expensive and make me think this is their business model. Strongly recommend against buying this product.

It's been a month and I am pleased with the results have been amazing, My routine only varies on the days that I work I try to do it for at least 6hrs and my days off at least 10hrs, for those that have peryones(curvature) the first thing you will notice is increase in girth that's probably due to the lack of muscle tissue that has not grown typically on the side where it curves, you'll notice how the trunk or shaft of your johnson is the first thing that gets thick and strong which will already prove to work wonders when you get to action time, so after 1 month of use it seems like my girth has increased significantly and my length probably has close to half inch, but the most glorious aspect of all of this is that my wife cannot stop screaming when I'm inside of her(I swear this is 100 percent truth, for those that believe in God you all know swearing is a big deal), I also made her cry (lol ) which was a bit confusing at first cause I thought she was going through pain but she kept kissing me and told me afterwards that those were tears of joy and that she is amazed of how strong she feels me down there.My main purpose with this review is to address those who are on the fence about getting this device specially those with Peryones:
- The size, girth and strength of your johnson is in a crippled state because one side(typically the side where your johnson is curved towards) of it has not developed muscle tissue to be in its optimal state, hence it means that because of it you have a reduced girth and and length just by having Peryones WHICH IS NOT HOW IT WAS MEANT TO BE, believe me is the equivalent of having a muscle imbalance, so far this is the best way to fix that muscular imbalance on your johnson.
- It might sting a little bit: For those that stretch regularly or do yoga you will understand how muscle tears work , in my case with Peryones it stings on the side where the tissue has not grown or developed and I have to take deep breaths or change my breathing patterns according to the gravity of the sting(it literallyfeelsas if needles are getting pulled out of the side where you have the Peryones), if the stings get too overwhelming I remove the device and I let it rest until the stinging stops to put it back on and complete my hrs , if you do yoga or stretch regularly you won't have a problem reading when to take it off and putting it back on, but just remember because you have peryones your experience will not be pain free ,Everytime you put on the device probably around the 3rd or 4th hr of wearing the device it will literally feel as if needles are being pulled out of the side where you have peryones, just be patient and breath accordingly cause it I'll be worth the effort. DO NOT HYPER EXTEND YOUR JOHNSON, GO SLOW WITH THE EXTENSION AND INCREASE LITTLE BY LITTLE.
- If you you feel uncomfortable telling your partner about the device just tell her the following in your own words(for those with Peryones):
Say you magically stumbled upon information that led you into deep research and you finally found out that you have an unnatural muscuĺar imbalance(which is not a lie) on your Johnson and that you are going to get it fixed with a device, say something that goes along those lines and she won't give you issues, in fact she'll love you more once she starts feeling you stronger, longer and girthier(typically after 1st month of use).
In closing: feel happy that you found a way to give your Johnson a workout thats effective and that can be worn anywhere without being detected, my curvature has not yet improved too significantly but my length and specially my girth has, I guess once the muscle tissue becomes more balanced that's when Mr Johnson is gonna start getting straighter, at least it feels that way so far. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO TRY TO GET AT LEAST 6 HRS A DAY AND DO NOT HYPER EXTEND which is how I have been doing it .
Trust me, you will not regret it .

I’ve been using it for about six months and gained around one inch so far, wearing it 5-6 days a week for around 3-5 hours a day. I keep track of my hours and measurements in a spreadsheet (so far 400 hours in) and take photos of measurements to remind myself how much progress I’ve made.

The size increase is definitely noticeable and has been a boost to my confidence. I’ve seen some increase in girth too. It also makes you harder and for longer since it stimulates blood flow, so in that sense I plan to continue using it even after reaching my length goal. I wish I discovered the device years ago.

The device itself is very well-made with good quality material as I haven’t had any issues with it or parts failing, etc. It still looks brand new even after a lot of use. It’s comfortable to wear too but takes some getting used to at first with putting it on and securing a good grip (a bit of talc powder helps too). I find it's best to wear if you're laying down.

I’ve also been impressed with the customer support I’ve received, having had to email a few times along the way with questions and asking for advice, and they always reply promptly and helpfully. The same person replies to my emails, so it’s nice having consistency since they are familiar with me as a customer.

My advice/tips for new users - follow the start-up programme, be patient and consistent, clean the device daily, keep track of your hours and take regular measurements. I use the silicone tube as a strap and find that every few months or so I need to order a new one since it will lose its tightness overtime due to stretching, but it’s inexpensive to buy.

Product doesnt stay on me (im uncut) i asked for help, they blocked my emails, no returns either, stuck with a 300$ device also paid 60$ in duty fees.

I have been dealing with Peyronie's disease for several years. I didn't want to go for surgery, I thought there must be another solution. I started looking and that's how I ended up with Sizegenetics. I was very skeptical at first about what they promised, regarding the increase in size but also about Peyronie's disease. However, I said I had to try, I had nothing to lose. The results were exceptional, from all points of view. The biggest problem was the psychological one, Peyronie's disease brings with it ED but also a decrease in size due to the decrease in the volume of blood circulating. Everything has changed since the beginning. I haven't treated Peyronie's yet but things have improved. And as for the increase in size, there is no doubt, it works. Just like it works in the case of ED.
