Each year, we train thousands of people across Wales through accredited courses led by qualified trainers. Our wide range of courses include 3 Day First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, mental health first aid, and health & safety training. Whether you're looking to build confidence in a medical emergency or improve safety standards in your workplace, we have a course to meet your needs. We offer workplace first aid training at centres across Wales including Cardiff, Wrexham, Swansea, Newport, Abergele, Bridgend, Abergavenny, Rhayader, and Deeside. Alternatively, we can come to you to deliver bespoke certified training at your workplace for groups of six or more. We work with young people, employees, and communities across Wales to make first aid knowledge accessible to everyone. Our trained volunteers deliver expert first aid cover at a wide range of public events, from sports matches to concerts, helping keep attendees safe. We offer transport services in partnership with the NHS, ensuring safe and reliable care for those who need it. Through our actions, we inspire others leading by example and supporting people to reach their full potential.

I recently completed a first aid course…
I recently completed a first aid course designed for school staff, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The instructor understood the unique needs of a school environment and made every part of the training relevant to working with children. The explanations were clear, practical, and easy to follow, and the hands‑on activities helped build real confidence in responding to emergencies.
We covered a wide range of scenarios that could happen in a school setting, from minor playground injuries to more serious situations. The trainer created a supportive atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and practising new skills.
I left the course feeling far more prepared to keep pupils safe and respond quickly and calmly if an emergency happens. I would highly recommend this course to any school staff member looking to strengthen their first aid knowledge and ensure the best possible care for their students.

Brilliant Training
Lisa delivered a fun, safe and highly informative training programme that kept all of us fully engaged throughout the day. The practical elements were especially effective, breaking up the sessions with interactive exercises that gave us the chance to experience and practice key first‑aid skills. Lisa was always on hand with encouragement, constructive feedback and praise. Fantastic work and an excellent training programme—I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to develop their first‑aid knowledge.
