I have been working with SJS for my housing disrepair against my housing association. They have been so helpful, always keeping us updated, doing everything that was needed!

I really thank SJS for all their help with my problems with my housing I have had a damp patch in my living room which spread right down the wall and a bedroom for 2&1/2 years and the brilliant team at SJS got it sorted and the housing has finally fix it I sat in the living room with it when I fractured my right foot and had a chest infection then 18 months later I fractured my left foot and the team were brilliant and kept in touch to make sure I was ok cant thank them enough

I would like to thanks Daniel Maddox at Sjs legal for his service if it wasn’t for him my house would never get done by the council thanks again Dan 1000% will be recommending Dan to other thay went through what I have go through to get there house done

Brilliant service
Great communication ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cold callers come to door and didint even say who they were i thought they were bury council coming anout my mold, I have autism so dont handle these situations well

Months later won't stop hassling me saying that of i dont answer i could be charged pretending I signed documents which I never did as the email they had wasn't mine

Few months later still trying to call me which is causing me to be on edge its difficult with autism and feel there trying to take advantage of me at this point.

Absolutely great to work with.very understanding keeps you up to date and keep you informed.very happy with the outcome.

I could not thank ste weston and everyone at sjs enough for always doing there utmost to help and support me and my family though this process my landlord have made it so difficult for them but they have not given up and have always been in full contact with me and always there to answer any questions or worrys I had I could not thank them enough for getting my long list of disrepairs all completed and making my house safe for me and my family so thank you again iam forever grateful and will recommend to anyone that needs one of your services because they won't find better
