La vasca e' stupenda. Ero preocuppata di fare questa spesa on line senza prima vedere il prodotto. Ma l'azienda è super affidabile. La vasca è arrivata imballata a regola d'arte. Cio' che è stato decisivo per l'acquisto è stato Matteo con la sua assistenza minuziosa, lui è davvero bravissimo e super diasponibile, mi ha guidata passo passo. Grazie Matteo

La tinozza è bella e ben fatta.
Il venditore è efficiente, efficace, disponibile ed è pure simpatico.
Il rito preparatorio con l'acensione della stufa e il profumo della legna contribuiscono alla festa e a mollo con l'idromassaggio si sta comodi in tanti.

We ordered a Hot Tub from Skargards. They went to great lengths to get the Hot Tub to us before Easter so that our family members could help us move it to its site.
The delivery man was great, and added it to his load as the last drop before the Easter break especially so that we could receive it.
The Hot Tub is great, everything was in order, and the instructions for installation were easy to follow.
It heats ups pretty fast, and is very well insulated so only drops a few degrees overnight when the lid is on.
I would recommend the product and this company as being first rate.

Wir haben uns für den Skargards Rojal (190 cm Durchmesser, ohne Elektrik) entschieden und sind restlos begeistert. Wer ein hochwertiges, traditionelles Badeerlebnis sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Kundenservice super!! Wir haben über jeden Schritt Infos erhalten, auch die beauftragte Speditionsfirma war toll und sehr hilfsbereit!
• Blitzversand: Die Lieferung war beeindruckend schnell. Innerhalb von weniger als 14 Tagen stand der Hot Tub bereits bei uns im Garten.
• Aufbau & Anleitung: Der Aufbau war absolut unkompliziert. Ein riesiges Plus sind die detaillierten Aufbauhinweise – alles ist so verständlich und klar erklärt, dass die Installation völlig problemlos und stressfrei verlief.
• Qualität & Handhabung: Das Design des Rojal mit dem integrierten Ofen ist klasse und die Benutzung im Alltag kinderleicht. Wir genießen das wunderbare warme Wasser und die tolle Qualität sehr.
Fazit: Von der Bestellung bis zur ersten Nutzung ein perfektes Erlebnis. Wir können Skargards und das Modell Rojal uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir haben uns vor einiger Zeit einen Skargards Royal gekauft. Ich habe mich vorher intensiv mit dem Thema beschäftigt. Überzeugt haben uns am Ende der Aufbau und die Struktur (alle Teile sind wechselbar und als Ersatzteil verfügbar) sowie Herkunft und Service. Ich hatte einige Fragen vor dem Kauf, welche absolut schnell und kompetent beantwortet wurden. Nicht zuletzt das Herkunftsland Schweden gaben den Ausschlag den Royal zu erwerben. Viele, viele Male haben wir nun schon schöne Stunden in unserem Hot Tub verbracht, zu allen Jahreszeiten.
Es heißt ja, guten Service erkennt man erst nach dem Kauf! Ich kann sagen, dass dies bei Skargards zu 100% der Fall ist, was in der heutigen Zeit nicht selbstverständlich ist. Man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner und es gibt immer Support und Hilfe, vielen Dank dafür :-) Solch einen Kundendienst habe ich noch nicht erlebt und kann Skargards nur empfehlen.

Der Kundendienst ist sehr schnell und gibt gut Auskunft. Der Hotpot ist schön und einfach zu installieren. Wahnsinn ist, wie schnell der Hotpot warm wird. Wir würden uns wieder für Skargards entscheiden.

Excellent product & service. Well designed and constructed. With a 350L tank of air source heat pump 50C hot water kick starting the process, the hot tub goes from empty to 38C in 1hr45! Don’t under estimate the number of people you need to move it into its final location.

Super easy ordering and everything arrived spot on specification, good communication from the team. Tub is super easy to set up and really good quality. I’m very impressed with the thermal efficiency. Our outside temp is 6degrees and it took less than 2 hours to get to 40 even with the tub in an exposed position on top of a hill. 24 hrs after the fire died out , with the lid on it’s still 29 degrees !!! How?? Love that the air bubbles are warmed too ,in our old electric tub they used to be cold. Looks beautiful too, simple clean lines good quality materials- I’m glad I did my research it’s paid off !

We have bought not one but two Skaegards. We got it for our home in France and loved it so much that we bought it again for our home in the UK.

The quality is impressive, made with the best materials that really last. Their design is beautiful and the attention to detail is impressive. The water heats really well and the cover keeps the warm until the next day, even in winter.

We went for the filtration system the second time around and love it as the water stays clean for much longer.

We love the process of lighting the fire and enjoying the hot tub with our children.

Their customer service is wonderful. Super quick to respond, with very insightful and tailored answers to our needs. They really cared about us.

after comparing Skargards vs competitors online, I phoned them up and was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. While you'll pay a premium vs others, you're getting top quality manufactured in Sweden and also the insurance that somebody will answer the phone if something happens in the future. Great packaging and delivery.

Det gick snabbt och smidigt att få tunnan levererad. Den var enkel att flytta på plats och installera. Vi har haft en annan badtunna tidigare och den här är så mycket snabbare att värma upp. Vi valde till bubbelbad, reningsverk och frostvakt och har redan använt den flera gånger sen vi installerade den lagom till jul. Vi är supernöjda!

Bonne communication avec Skargards et le transporteur local pour la livraison.
Le bain est très confortable. Le temps de chauffe est rapide et malgré les journées très froides de janvier, la température de l'eau n'a pas trop chuté d'un jour à l'autre, il est bien isolé. Livré début décembre, nous en avons déjà profité une bonne dizaine de fois.

Produits de qualité et professionnalisme au rendez-vous , délai de livraison plus rapide que prévu.
Si vous devez acheter un Bain Nordique, prenez un Skargard.
