Experienced, knowledgable and friendly boot fitting team. All staff were extremely helpful and welcoming - it was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

This company went above and beyond to fulfil a last minute order. They set up the skis for my son for his birthday and dispatched them the same day when I was let down by another retailer. The product knowledge over the phone was fantastic. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly team who simply care about looking after your skiing needs. Nothing is too much trouble and given their experience it is great to know that they’ve been there and done it.

The Ski Exchange team are great. The attention to detail and a no rush process provides you with boots that fit so you can ski all day, everyday.

Ordered some skis and bindings over the phone and had great customer service and advice. Order arrived promptly and very pleased with my ski package at a very competitive price! Would definitely recommend.

The guys there are very professional and know what they are doing. I also felt that I had a good and honest conversation regarding products, rather than the purpose of selling. They recommended products that are at my skill level and I felt comfortable with, rather than the most expensive on the shelf. The chap who helped me with my boots was James and I thank him for his support and integrity.

Andy who helped me find my replacement boots was superb. The fitting, checking and general help was fist class and they even checked the new boots in my ski bindings to be sure they were a perfect lock. Value was reasonable too. Would highly recommend and will be back again for my family’s ski equipment.

Purchased some boots from ski exchange in store with the shells and liners heat moulded! First time trying them today in the alps and they are best boots I’ve had, would highly reccommend

Great service from Andy; comprehensive assessment of my feet and lower legs, skiing ability and intensions, explained why he was suggesting the boots he did and so patient when I was trying on, umming and ahhing , then trying on again the various boots he suggested.

Now tried the purchased boots at an indoor slope, worked really well, looking forward to getting to use them on a mountain.

Given that Ski Exchange charge a minimal £1 to book a boot fitting I can’t imagine what extra you get when you pay significantly more for a boot fitting session, or why you would need it.

All staff have expert knowledge of ski boots / ski equipment etc. My 3 student children have all had ski boots fitted and we have absolute confidence in the staff.

The ski boot fitting went really well. Am now looking forward to the new ski season.
