First and foremost I felt like I was communicating with folks that were knowledgeable. In the case of my touring binding purchase very helpful in narrowing down the choices and ultimately choosing which one to go with. Friendly and never felt pressured or that feeling of condescension that sometimes happens with people that know their stuff.

Over email and on the phone, the guys were great about understanding my priorities, as someone completely new to touring. They provided options and listened, with guidance and suggestions. Very patient and willing to walk me through all the details and answer all my questions. Fast turnaround on the various steps toward defining the ski package. I bought boots, skis, bindings, skins -- and they all work great and fit! And they saved me some money too. Couldn't have been better!

The add on brake for Dynafit speed turn fit ok. Had to bend the arms a bit to make it not stick out to the side too far.
