I bought products worth over 23000 and all of them turned out to be fake, never buy from here

This shop sells authentic products

This shop sells authentic products, which is a relief because so many other sellers refill original bottles with cheap, unregulated ingredients. While scanning a bottle might show it's 'original,' you can never be sure of the content elsewhere but here, the quality is guaranteed. My only issue was the long delivery time. However, that’s a courier issue, not the shop’s fault. I’d suggest they look into using Uber or PickMe for faster delivery.

Blady liers and such a scammers

Blady liers and such a scammers, I've been trying make the purchase from them since two weeks and all the time I ask for price they gave me fares which is not budget friendly and they do sell fake mix with original don't ever try to buy with them. They have tactics to get the sale done. This is not acceptable. Once a price is quoted and confirmed, it should be honored. I expect better professionalism and accountability from a cosmetic retailer. They quoted me a price for serum at first , and I confirmed the order based on that price. I made my decision based on the price they confirmed and afterwards they come up saying price no longer available and giving a sky rocketed fare and all this two weeks they gave me the same price I told them I need escalate this to supervisor or manager immediately.I am asserting my consumer rights.What happened is unprofessional,Misleading pricing

Very very very Poor customer service and Potential unfair trade practice.no one responded me back I'll definitely post all on social media. Please girls and boys be cautious these people are just entertaining every innocent people.

First of all, you did not complete a purchase with us, so it’s unfair to claim that we sell “fake or mixed” products. We take authenticity very seriously and all our products are sourced from verified suppliers.

Regarding pricing, the product price you were initially quoted was part of a limited-time rate. When the price changed, we informed you transparently. Despite this, our team offered you multiple discounts and tried several times to help you stay within your budget.

We always aim to be polite, transparent, and supportive with every customer. However, pricing concerns and budget preferences do not reflect the quality or authenticity of our products.

We’re sorry that the final price did not fit within your budget, but we stand by our professionalism and our commitment to genuine products and honest service.

Extremely good and helpful customer…

Extremely good and helpful customer service and very high quality products. the staff is very polite. and I recieved my order in just a couple of days. I will buy again and I would definetely recommend it.

Nice design and quick response

I accidently went into the site oneday just to check out the store and I was really pleased with the aesthetic look of the website. I received the order within 3 days after purchase
