Great web site and great products. Big variety to choose from. I had an occasion to try a Skinny Me Almond Brownie bar and loved it. Looking forward to trying additional products. You won’t be disappointed.

Very deceptive business practices. I’d avoid this company altogether.

The individually wrapped dark chocolate bars were excellent. I know of no other dark chocolate using Stevia as a sweetener. Customer service was excellent as well. I had forgotten about the auto-renew subscription after the free trial was over, and there was no reminder e-mail or text that it was going to end. I assumed that I could cancel my subscription on their website, as it's 2023. Lol...poor assumption. XM Radio does the same thing, requiring one to talk to an agent on the phone, or via a live chat session, to cancel. My bad, when we were all shut in during Covid, XM Radio allowed om-line cancellations without talking or chatting with anyone. If you're goal is to get a lower price, then by all means, talk to a Customer Service Rep and they'll probably offer a lower price without asking for one. Otherwise, I think on-line subscriptions should be the norm, or another option, for SimplyMe Chocolate.

tried before, delicious

Signed up to receive a free sample so I could try before I bought the chocolate. Didn't realize that by signing up for the sample I also enrolled in their autoship program--there was NO indication of that during sign-up and only realized it after reading the fine print on the confirmation email. Sneaky. Chocolate is just OK and not worth the price so I quickly cancelled the autoship. Left a 2 star review on their site and it went to 'review' before being published--which it won't be-- there are nothing but 5 star reviews on their site because those are the only ones they will approve. Horrible business practices.

I never signed up to get orders every month. I have cancelled in writing and via phone for 2 months now. Still no reimbursements. This company is not reputable, please beware!!

I was charged almost 40.00 for gritty chocolate. If I did not see the subscription information, it certainly was not clear and should be stated when saying free. So, I got 2 more bags. So, after 120 dollars I finally called them and sorry to say I was pretty rude. This is a scam and have reported it to Discover but doubt I will see a refund. I may consider a report to the consumer protection agency. A big scam.

I am very outraged at this company Skinny Me. They sent me the trail bag and it was 11.64 oz. So I went and bought more and the only place the oz are listed is on the bag and it said 11.64 oz but what came was 2.72 oz. No where on there site do I see bags of 2.72 oz. Don't buy from here.

I paid my 4.95 for shipping and handling for a trial bag. I just received a whole melted bag of chocolates. I called and canceled my subscription. You would think that it being summer they would have sent it refrigerated somehow. I guess it’s better to locally and in person.

I fell for the $4.95 - "just pay shipping to try our chocolates". It's a "try before you buy" and if you don't call them within 7 days to tell them you didn't get your shipment yet, you are charged full price! I called and complained - they said the best they could do is a 30% refund. Definitely deceptive business practices (or scam).

Sent for a (free) sample. This was charged to my bank card plus a 35.00 charge and I don’t have any idea why. It was melted to the point you could not eat. This is a SCAM. Don’t order.DO NOT SEND ANY MORE. Will not pay for any more. FALSE ADVERTISING CAN GET YOU IN TROUBLE.

The chocolate itself is good (certainly not the best) but I paid shipping for sample bag and when it arrived every piece was fully melted even though the mail delivery person handed it to me immediately. This I'm sure didn't help the taste and it certainly looked bad.

These are the best 50 calories I've ever eaten. You can try it too. You'll love it if u like chocolate 🍫.

Do not order from this company I signed up for free trial pay shipping. I then immediately contacted customer support via email to cancel they still charge my card it's a waste of time please do your research their customer service experience was hell to say the very least
