I have bought a number of Skinny Tan products before including the Wonder serum and the Notox Face Drops - and I love them! They leave my skin feeling hydrated and glowing. The colour is great as it looks natural and doesn't leave any streaks. I have tried many self tanning brands but Skinny Tan is by far the best I have ever used. Thank you Skinny Tan!

Wonder Serum Express is the best, it's the perfect tan to apply in the morning for amazing results in the evening! AND you avoid stained sheets!

Really fast delivery too!

I've tried SO many tanners over the years and I always go patchy, streaky or orange. Skinny Tan is honestly the best tan I've ever tried and I never go wrong, thanks to some of their amazing tools too. My favourites are the strawberry whip tanner which smells so good, and the Tan and Tone oil which is so easy to use - I apply in seconds before bed and it always develops flawlessly. Would 100% recommend. Best ever.

I had a broken nozzle on my tanning product which I emailed about to their customer service team. They responded very quickly and not only did they apologise but they also sent me a whole new replacement product. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend

Issues with delivery. Beware!!

Ordered products for my daughter’s birthday. No sign of them appearing in time. Have contacted skinny tan twice only to be told they are waiting on their dispatch team coming back to them. The items are now not going to arrive in time and I’ve requested the order be cancelled and a full refund issued. No response yet.

Started using Skinny Tan a few years ago and absolutely loved it! Color amazing, dried quickly, no streaks. Purchased two bottles recently and the streaking is bad! I’ve used it three times (with the provided/recommended mitt) since my last purchase and the results were all the same: streaky and blotchy! If Skinny Tan changed their formula, it wasn’t for the better. Now I have to go on another search for a new self tanner. Disappointing!

They stole my money. Bought 3 bundles on sale on Dec 4th. Still received nothing and the customer service reps are very sorry for the inconvenience but have done nothing to fix the fact that I haven’t received it. They sent 3 mini mitts with an invoice for the bundles in a package that wouldn’t even fit the product. They haven’t offered a refund or to resend a new package even though I requested that multiple times. They stole my money and now I’m “waiting for feedback” bc the customer service reps are literally worse than the chat bot. They can’t give me my money back or refund me but they waste money on paying useless employees who do nothing but say sorry for the inconvenience over and over.

WOW I can’t believe these reviews with their delivery service! Iv just jumped on here to have a read as I’m having a huge delivery problem receiving my order placed 27/11/22 and still havnt received and they where a present for my daughter for Christmas! Nearly 4 weeks to the day and still nothing I’d paid £49.50 for my order so I’m not happy. Complete and utter joke!

I could not recommend this tan LESS. I have been religiously tanning every weekend for over 10 years - normally sticking to St Moritz as it’s affordable and I find it works best in my skin compared to other brands.
A couple of months ago I bought the blue skinny tan mousse in dark whilst in B&M as I noticed it was on offer for £7.99 and normally retails over £20. I recently ran out of my usual tan and decided to give this stuff a go last night. When I first started applying the tan I noticed the colour was a weird blue/grey colour but after some searching discovered this was normal for this stuff (colour-correcting tones etc) so it wasn’t a case of the tan being off or out of date. I’ll give the tan it’s due it has a nice smell and didn’t transfer onto my bed sheets, however that’s where the positives end. After tanning my face I started experiencing this disgusting taste in my mouth. Every tan I have ever used I have applied on my face paired with a facial moisturiser. The tan was giving off an acetone/battery acid taste that I’ve not been able to get rid of for HOURS, absolutely vile. I have never experienced anything like it with a self tanner.
I left the tan on overnight and washed it first thing in the morning. Can’t even say the taste is worth it as almost every single bit of the “dark” tan washed off and left me with the slightest bronze.
I came to trust pilot and see there’s numerous people talking about the taste from this tan dating back to 2021/2020. The taste genuinely made me concerned for having this stuff on my skin, I don’t know what kind of chemicals are in there but I certainly won’t ever buy their products again and the bottle I currently have is going straight in the bin.
Don’t waste your money!!!

Order not received and it’s been weeks now.
Supposed to be a Christmas gift.
Have emailed and sent Facebook messages but not even a reply!

Avoid

Placed an order on 11/27 and received a shipping update on 12/1. Since that time there been no updates to my shipping. I have reached out to customer service several times and only received stock email responses. As of today it’s as if my order no longer exists on the shipping site, Yet the money is still withdrawn from my account. You would think ordering almost a month before Christmas would allow plenty of time for the gifts to arrive. I also agree that the free gifts advertise on the site with a bundle disappear at check out very disappointing as a long time skinny tan customer to receive no more assistance than I have. Beware of ordering! You will be out your money, your product, and your time!

Have been using skinny tan wonder serums for the past year now as other brands and mousses really didn’t take well to my skin especially on the chest area, but their wonder serum goes on lovely and washes off leaving a lovely tan, I always do a second layer the day after to get the shade I want. Well priced as well, 2 bottles for £30 plus a free tanning mitt😍 Had an issue in the past where a bottle was leaking and they were to quick to resolve it sending a new bottle. Delivery has always been really quick too. Have yet to find a better tan (for my skin type).

I would definitely avoid buying anything from Skinny Tan. Purchased the tanning water which was on offer from £22.99 down to £17 applied it and it is so streaky and horrible. The only good thing is the fact it doesn’t have that tan smell but for the price you would expect it to come out not streaky. I used Island Paradise tanning water before which is half the price and does not go streaky.

Ordered Tuesday 22nd giving enough time to need the items by today. However still no delivery said it had been dispatched Friday and then was out for delivery Sunday. I’ve tried to speaking with courier and were very unhelpful

Unfortunately used to rave about skinny tan but their courier choice lets them down won’t be ordering again
It doesn’t take 8 days to dispatch an item.

I am a skinny tan fanatic !! Multi bottles a month. Love it. People ask about my tan, I say “skinny tan” with pride. After posting on here that I had a faulty bottle skinny tan has contacted me and sorted it out. Happy customer… skinny tan pride continues …

My all time favourite tanning product. I use the skinny tan oil and it always goes on well and always even. I’ve just ordered the Notox beauty elixir to try. Was really pleased with the original notox

Received as part of a tester package and the tan smelled great but the colour was too warm and did give me one patchy leg. I will say I'm not the biggest fan of tanning that's not mousse though so that may have been the issue

‘Skinny tan’ is my all time favourite tanning product.
After using other brands for years, I decided to splurge out & give skinny tan a go!!! & I wasn’t disappointed. I firstly purchased the ‘Strawberry & Cream’ mousse, took a couple of goes/applications for it to look good as it went on clear, but once applied it does leave a layer of moisture so you know where you’ve applied it & is not streaky at all.
I’ve since ordered the bundles (instant tan, gradual tan, drying spray, back & hand mitt, exfoliater & face drops)

It’s the first time that people have commented & said that ‘it looks so natural’

I use the skinny tan face drops which I love. Just ran out and found a bargain set with 3 sets of different drops, a free item of the face elixir which is gorgeous and a free brush! All for a bargain price.
I use every morning in my moisturiser. I occasionally use at night but find it can go streaky overnight.
I prefer to use in the morning, then apply my makeup, that way it stays put.
I don’t use the brush, I like to use my hands but wash them immediately or you will have orange hands. Love love love this stuff 👌

EDIT: Updating my review to a full 5 stars. Despite two of 6 items arriving damage, I still would say the customer service is second to none. I got in touch with Skinny Tan about the damaged items and almost immediately, they dispatched replacements to me with no grudging like some companies. Also, I have tried the products that were intact (I used the tan-primer and applied the gradual tanner after my shower then used the tan drying spray after.) The next day I woke up with a gorgeous glow! I’m fair skinned and it wasn’t too dark or obvious. After multiple showers, it didn’t budge for a while and I cannot be happier. I’ll continue to be a customer with Skinny Tan. I’ve used it on my whole body and face and have never had a reaction like some other posters claim; and I have VERY sensitive skin. Thanks Skinny Tan, you have a customer for life in me!! 5*.

I got an amazing deal on the Skinny Tan Facebook page and I got the dry mist spray, 2 gradual tanners, a pre-tan primer, the velvet mitt and the coconut mist tan spray! All that for £24. I can’t fault Skinny Tan’s amazing deals but I’m absolutely gutted that 2 of the bottles have leaked, I’m left with just over half a bottle of the coconut mist and a damaged bottle and box of the gradual tanner :-( I haven’t even got to try them out yet, devastated.

Can’t wait to try the products though.
