Skin Pharmacy レビュー

Very happy with the service received. Arrived within 2 days and a great product. Very happy 😊

I am giving the company 5* for sure. I have reached out to the company in advance and asked about international delivery to Hong Kong. My email was answered very promptly. After placing an order it took quite a few days to get the order shipped, after enquiring further I was made aware that my parcel got stuck with Royal Mail as we do not have postcodes in HK (RM should know that). I got anxious. It was my first order. Mahmoud reassured me that the order would be shipped by another service provider as soon as RM sent it back. Once order was posted by UPS I received it in 48h! The reason why I am giving 5* is that things always go wrong with couriers, we know that. It is important how the company acts when things go wrong. Not when they are perfect. I will definitely return to place more orders in the future.

Excellent service, speedy delivery at great prices, beautifully packaged. Wouldn’t use anywhere else for my Zo Obagi products highly recommend skin pharmacy.

Products are great. I needed a change in products as my skin felt dull and dry. A few weeks after I started using the products my skin felt and looked more hydrated and radiant. I will be putting in an order this week for even more products.

Excellent customer service. Service was very personalized and extremely accommodating

I purchased many times from this company, and I am very happy. Good communication, fast delivery, and the whole team are great ! Thank you ! I recommend this company to everyone !

Amazing service even when there was a hiccup with postage

The wrong creams were sent and I had to send them back which was very inconvenient. No apology given either.

My go to Skin pharmacy always great service and communication and reasonably priced in comparison to other Skin pharmacies. Thank you
