Skin Pharmacy レビュー

I purchased the product- I had an allergic reaction. They refuse to refund and wanted to give me a store credit- why would I need that ? Literally taking your monies, knowing you won’t be spending it!

Excellent product and service very helpful customer service!!!

Excellent customer service. I was worried about how long the product would take to get to me as I was going,on holiday. A gentleman delivered it to my door the day of my order….well done Skinpharmacy!

Always a prompt service with huge financial savings! Highly recommend

Very happy to have found this new supplier of my go-to products with excellent customer service thus far.

Absolutely top class products, customer service (personal, efficient, human), and superb packaging and delivery. My new favourite supplier of my usual products plus I wouldn’t hesitate to ask their advice on others. I loved the extra little gifts they include occasionally. Nice touch.

Thanks for advise to improve my skin.
I could see the difference on 2days, peeled old skin off and renew.
Skin peeled and turn red after 2days of using Radical night repair, so I use them on Wed to Friday.

Order placed 20th June and still haven't received it. Sent an email to enquire the whereabouts of my item and haven't had a response. Disappointing service.

Absolutely love it! using this products more than 2 years. Great for combination, skin. Skin looks cleaner, improving skin tone, reducing sebum. Good for summer!

Customer services was really helpful and my items arrived packaged in such a nice way - which you rarely receive from retailers anymore. I sent pictures to friends and family it was so lovely and unexpected plus everyone loves a little freebie which I can’t wait to use!

Very good product and never to buy my skin care products from another company
Good price and good quality

Great company. Professional service.

Such a great website and amazing advice
Many thanks 🙏🏻

Really happy with my order, they were even nice enough to give samples :)

This is a company you can rely on to get your products to you
Always polite and easy to deal with

Great service and quick delivery! 15% discount on your first order, yay!! Will use again.

I was excited to receive this item. But sadly after one use the dispenser broke leaving me un able to pump the cream correctly. It’s so expensive and I’m really disappointed. 🥲

Excellent customer service. Did an online consultation which they then recommended me a day and night routine.

Speedy delivery and recurring purchase perks.

Will buy again, I have become a loyal customer!
