Horrible service and Package never delivered!

I won't recommend this service to anyone, their support for customers when parcels are late/delayed does not exist. They are difficult to get hold of on Email, only available through WhatsApp some how. Don't respond to enquiries on progress. like to leave you on read. I Recommend you spend your money elsewhere, If you don't seem to have other options in your location I still recommend somewhere else.
They failed to provide in delivery of product and support of the customer. The latest date for estimated delivery date is still 27 Mar. it's the 20 May now.

Ordered my full laptop skin 9 Feb 2026 was to be delivered by 28 Feb 2026, the date moved on to 29 Feb and the 1 March Reached out immediately after the set delivery time. Support contacted me only through WhatsApp the day after, it was impossible to get them to respond via Email. Told me to wait and gave me a Tracking link for the parcel, I waited. Mind you The latest location update on the parcel was the 17 Feb.

The parcel stood still and after. a full month of waiting for action to occur and the Support contact I reached out on 9 April , the 12 April, all messages where left on read. Only the 22 April they responed with a short message "Thank you for reaching out to SkinsLegend! 😊
Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible..."

I sent a message regarding refund options and what I as customer am to do in this situation. No response. Another message on the 3 May mentioning how I am patiently awaiting responses and my package. 10 May Enquiring on progress and absence of response. All of which where left ignored. And today 20 May where I declared that I will not be using their product and that they are to refund me, as one they did not offer feedback or sufficient help to the customer, They read and ignore messages, completely ignore messages. Their system in which they provide Parcel tracking is lacking. They have horrible customer service and is a nightmare to get to. And have yet to provide any details on Delivery Date, progress or refund options. If the product can not be delivered to the customer. Or there is a delay, they themselves should reach out to the customer to inform them on the issue, additional wait time or that they are unable to deliver the package and that they would like to refund you with method x of y.

Ordered almost 4 weeks ago 2 Full Body Laptop Skins and was hoping to have them already but sadly there is no respons on any of my several emails regarding delivery time.

Yes, i have a track n trace link / number but it took almost 5 days before there was any action regarding shipping my product. Then it was en route for approx 4 days from their warehouse to the shipping area.
Now the status is 14+ days on "Order handed over to courier".
Nothing has changed in the last 14+ days.
I don't know if it's out of the country yet or stuck at customs.

So i tried reaching out to SkinsLegend again and guess what .... still no respons to my emails and whatsapp messages.

I contacted Paypal regarding this issue and without any hassle or needing to provide further info, i got my money back. Appearantly there are a lot of issues with that company regarding non deliveries, mismatched deliveries or even damaged products.

My advise look for another company that does take care of your order like they supposed to.
I'm glad i got a refund since the company itself takes your money but flips you off afterwards

Dont ever buy from them very pathetic customer service they wont answer your calls once they get paid if there's any fault in ur product u will be stucked ..there all whatsap numbers are kind of automated wont get replies ...stay away from such companies

The skin is very good and I appreciate their work

Quality of cutting is very good
The mouse pad is amazing

After ordering, it took them 2 weeks to send a tracking number and since then 3 weeks passed and there have been no updates on the shipping. Package is still in india and they just ignore my messages

Extremely Poor service. They don't even process the order for an entire week.
In present circumstances where you get everything in a week in India this website takes half a month.

Pretty Sure they are a scam.

At first, shipping to Germany wasn’t possible, so I contacted the seller. He replied in less than 20 minutes (via email) and fixed the issue, so I guess the website is poorly made (which makes it look unprofessional to me).

Or they don't ship to Germany and they just switched it quickly to make me order something but I can't know what the intention or issue was exactly.

Then I wanted to place the order, luckily my Card price was 4x higher than the Free shipping threshold so it was free, or at least that's what I thought, also after entering my address it said it was free btw.

Then I saw a discount code consistently being shown at the top (Legend10) I thought yeah well can't hurt getting it a bit cheaper right?

So I put it in and what happened? Yeah, I saved a bit by on the discount code but now my shipping was secretly switched to not free anymore.

Even worse, the total price was after i put in the discount code even more expensive than without!?!?

Not gonna lie, after these two issues, I don’t trust the seller enough to pay for anything. At this point, I’m pretty confident my order wouldn’t even reach me, it doesn't help them either that they show their prices in some weird indian currency instead in the one I use (I guess to not scare people off how much they pay because if you don't know the currency you don't know the price)

By the way, when i complained about that issue their fast replying turned into Not replying anymore... Weird isnt it?

The item arrived fairly quickly considering it was an international shipment. However it was poorly packaged and had been FOLDED up into a small cardboard box. Unfortunately, the way it had been folded meant that the surface was damaged along the fold lines and one end of the skin had come away from the backing leaving the glue to dry out and so it would not stick to my laptop.
I reached out to the company but have had no reply.

Recently I purchased Ps5 controller skins they have provide really nice textured skin.
It gave my Controller Whole New look.

recommened everyone to buy skins on Skinlegends

Purchased a laptop skin. Their website shows good quality pictures of skins but they deliver very bad skins which are not even smooth and have cracks like texture all over skin. I wondered why there isn't a single skin with real picture applied on laptop on whole website and now i know the reason it will make laptop more ugly.

It was great, this idea of this company is soo great and the skin i purchased is stunning too. Loved it!!
