Skin vault is a fast shipping company and all I bought from them it help my skin very nice and beautiful!! Sometimes they put some free stuff into my order! And also they have a discounted products I really loved using their product because it works well!!! Thank you skin vault !!!

I used to love skinvault but I noticed a big change in this company over the last couple of months. I almost feel like there is a new owner because the experience is very different. They don't offer the same incentives which was a great selling point. They are constantly out of ZO products, and they don't respond to email whereas previously I was impressed at how attentive they were at getting back to you. I've started using other sites

I have ordered previously from this company with no issues and the last two times I’ve had nothing but problems they don’t respond to emails. My last order I still haven’t received and it’s been over two weeks and it doesn’t even show that it’s been shipped yet. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. I will never purchase from them again.

Worst customer experience. They sent a damaged product and when I emailed and called them about this, there was no response on their end. I would never recommend to get vivier products from them. Such nonsense company should be closed.

I’m honestly really surprised to see poor reviews of this company. I have used this company for years for my skin products and not only do they have a great reward system but anytime I have had a product that hasn’t worked for my skin they helped me out promptly and remedy the situation. I honestly can’t say enough about their customer. Service. Will definitely use this company for the foreseeable future.

I ordered 2 products that were fairly pricey and was concerned I would not get them because most delivery drivers are stealing or just not delivering my products. Skin vault has excellent customer service unlike so many businesses today. They sent it via Canada Post so if I wasn't here to sign it would be safe at postal depot. I highly recommend this company for being so responsive to my e mails and sending my items securely. Thank you and I will definitely order here again!!

Wrong item, bad service, no response

Poor customer service for very high prices. Poor packaging and no proper service for packaging errors. If they make an error it’s up to you - the customer - to resolve. Poor communications and response time. Overall do not recommend.

Love that they had a range of products to choose from locally. Very disappointed in the lack of response for exchange or refund for incorrect unopened item. Would hesitate to purchase anything from them again.

I purchase all of my skinmedica and skinceuticals from skinvault.ca and they are super quick as far as shipping out their orders. I am in ontario and if I place an order on Monday, I have it by Wednesday. They are located in Calgary Alberta. I was nervous the first time I ordered from them but they are fantastic and they will give free products based on how much you spend. My last order was just under $1500 and I was able to get a free skinmedica tns valued at $330. Great company! Having used these brands and products for years, I know these are legit products. Thetextures, smells, everything is bang on. I'm very happy with this company. My only issue is the lack of a customer service phone number but they answer emails within minutes.

Fast shipping (free if you spend over $100), discount codes often available and gifts that are included if you spend over a certain amount (and we are not talking cheap gifts, or small samples!).
Usually more affordable then other retailers.

The only information that I am having trouble finding is the 100% authenticity of products and them being authorized as a retailer for these very expensive brands- like SkinMedica.
