Yesterday, I did my Harmonyca fillers. I was a bit confused about the side effects of the fillers but RN Shanna (hope I spelled it correctly) explained everything very well & she did video call with another nurse & told me to discuss all my concerns about the treatment. Shanna is very polite and I am Really happy with her work.
Highly recommend her work. Really feel great after Harmonyca fillers.

I had such a great experience getting my Dysport injections at Ski Vitality Clinic! The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the process.

Amazing clinic, amazing staff and deals!

I visited the mississauga port credit location and the agent gave me a written quote for juviderm veluma and i called to return to have it done and the front desk also had the quote in their system.

When it came time for the injector to do the procedure i showed her my written quote and the person said they could not honour the price

I went to a different location and had it done

Beware of the sales agents there and not fulfilling their quotes

Was so very disappointed

The manager was a chiby lady with blonde curly hair and denyed the treatment as well

Great experience overall. The staff was very through and professional. They made me feel at ease. The Botox treatment went smoothly with very little discomfort. Beautiful clinic! No high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend!

My experience was great beginning to end! The ladies were very sweet and informative, making the process very easy for me. The nurse who did my injections was very sweet! Will be back in a couple weeks for more!

I had PRP with microneedling sessions at this clinic, specifically because I wanted to address my under-eye area. During my consultation, I clearly explained my concerns and was assured that PRP could help me achieve the results I was looking for.

I completed the recommended sessions and waited patiently for the results, as I was advised. Unfortunately, I saw no meaningful improvement.

During my last session, I raised my concerns again because I was frustrated with the lack of results. They acknowledged my concerns and recommended that I contact their helpline team. Surprisingly, I received no response until I posted a review online.

Once my review was posted, I received a response very quickly and was offered a complimentary session. I appreciated the gesture and agreed, believing they were genuinely trying to resolve the issue. I even deleted my original review.

Unfortunately, the same problem happened again. I emailed them five different times trying to schedule the additional session, and once again, I was completely ignored.

At this point, I feel that both my money and my time have been wasted. The lack of results was already disappointing, but the repeated lack of communication and follow-up made the experience even worse.

I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Offering a complimentary session means very little if the clinic does not actually follow through with booking it.

And honestly, there is no need to reply to this review now. I already tried reaching out multiple times by email and received no response.

My experience at skin Vitality was wonderful. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I stepped into their beautiful clinic. They are honest and professional and have left me feeling more confident and refreshed. Will recommend them to anyone interested in feeling refreshed.

Overall a good experience I find that the technicians really listen to not only your needs, but also your budgetary requirements. It’s a collaborative approach to work together to find a solution.

It’s been 2 weeks since my appointment and it’s safe to say that this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself! I was initially very nervous and apprehensive about going through with my masseter Botox injections. The ladies at the Ajax clinic were so patient with me and answered all of my questions, ensuring that my experience was comfortable. The result 2 weeks later is life changing!
