It's been so easy to communicate with the doctors and dial in multiple products. Responses are quick and helpful. The recommendations have helped improve my hair, skin, and nails in 2 months. My terrible sleep is slowly but measurably improving after years of frustration. Thank for the convenient and efficient care. I'm so happy with Alloy.

I cannot express how incredible my experience has been with Alloy as a company with exceptional customer service. And I owe all of that gratitude to Osman, their esteemed Customer Service Specialist. He was so helpful as I was in a state of panic, and he managed to alleviate everything.
Not only that, but his communication was also immediate. I didn't have to stress for an extended period of time because he responded to me swiftly. We had several correspondences and he was very thorough and precise about all details of my account.
I feel so much better now. So much so, that I had to write this review, out of gratitude to him for tending to my issues with a sense of urgency and explaining details and fixing everything to my satisfaction.
This is the kind of "human interaction" we, as buyers, need. NOT A-I. We need a real human being to address us and alleviate our concerns. Thank you for making my experience with Alloy meaningful and pleasurable, due to good human beings, as Osman was with me! It is these type of interactions that keep buying customers coming back. I also appreciate how simple Alloy makes it for the customer in regards to prescription refills. The entire process has been smooth and relatively easy. Significantly less of a hassle than going to a Doctor's office as well as the Pharmacy. Time is money and money is time. As long as your prescription prices remain affordable ~ I will maintain a happy and constant buyer and patient of your services. I am very pleased with Alloy and the perks and additional benefits they provide. I don't feel as though this company just gouges us, as the consumer, the way that other companies have been proven to do. I am pleased and will continue to rave and endorse and speak highly of Alloy!

I got the face and eye cream. The process was easy. I’ve been very pleased by the results. Gotta get me a refill!

So far not impressed. Consult was fast and the Dr. was helpful. However BEFORE my consult was even done and all questions answered, one of my potential prescriptions was processed and card charged for $150. I felt this was extremely inappropriate (almost fraudulant?) as I had not authorized/finalized the order. There was no opportunity to confirm credit card I wanted to use, verify shipping to address, or apply a coupon code that I had.

I shared this with Dr. Allison and was told to contact CSR. There is NO way to contact anyone by phone and resolve quickly. It's only contact by email and text. Hoping to get a response eventually. Not a very good first impression for a new patient.

Edit: CSR did get back to me. They did make it right. However they said the auto processing of first rx is standard, which I don't think is a good practice. When someone consults with a Dr. for a new prescription there is often back and forth questions about it, before a final decision can be made by the patient about whether they want to ultimately fill. This doesn't provide that opportunity.

The on-line consultation was easy and finally I've found a physician who understands suffering from hot-flashes is no joke. Their Estradiol patch has been a life saver for me. Of course I love all their compounded prescriptions. I'm actually starting to feel like myself again. I wish I'd known about Alloy sooner so I wouldn't have suffered from hot flashes for over ten years.

Easy site to use, friendly emails and of course online ordering!

Within 2 weeks of using the patch and taking progesterone at night, my hot flashes completely went away. I highly recommend this company!

I wish I would have signed up sooner!!! I slept terribly, had no energy, hair thinning, etc. i spoke with a real doctor that filled up with me, texts me back right away, so amazing. Meds are a three month supply delivered right to your door. Don't suffer through pre menopause ladies, get it done! Do it today

I started using Alloy’s M4 Estrodial skin cream in 2025 and it has worked wonders for my skin. My customer support experience was also nothing short of amazing. I had an incident where I was billed twice by mistake and I was quickly able to access the chat feature on the site which made it very easy to reach out to customer support. when i sent them a message they responded very quickly and the situation was resolved with the utmost professionalism! I am so happy that I decided to go with Alloy because I have had amazing results from the M4 Estrodial face cream and superb customer service. ☺️

I felt no improvement of increased desire and feel as though the product impedes oral stimulation.

My hot flashes have disappeared in less than 2 months. I feel like my old self again and i am loving it!

I just started but everything has been great. Communication is fantastic. Hopefully some day they will except insurance. Another hope would be if they could prescribe testerone. Thats another big piece of this journey.
