Dorian was excellent , good communication and advice.

I initially found Skip’s 2% deposit scheme on Facebook and was naturally skeptical, having seen so many misleading 2% deposit home loans with fake "self-managed super fund" scams. However, after a quick background check, I decided to apply to Skip and I am so glad I did.

After years of banking with Westpac and CBA, I never expected a fintech to outperform them so significantly. I received pre-approval in just one day. The process was seamless, transparent, and, most importantly, honest.

The document submission portal was intuitive and interactive; it was easy to provide clarifications, add additional documents and chat with the credit team directly to finalise the application. This was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous "sour" experiences with the big banks and their legacy systems.

Once we found a property and provided the Contract of Sale, the transition to an unconditional offer was a breeze, taking just one week. Throughout the journey to settlement, the Skip team provided 100% transparency with no hidden fees or last-minute nasty surprises.

He navigated every scenario I threw at him with ease, which truly helped us build trust in Skip. Buying in the Sydney market with limited funds is incredibly stressful, so it was vital that we knew exactly what we were getting into. It has taken us years to get into our own home, and Sucasa made it possible. The flexibility, understanding and tailoring to meet our needs was fantastic. We cannot thank you enough!

Overall was a pretty easy experience, with our mortgage broker and conveyancer doing most of our heavy lifting.

The only confusing part was that our loan has been split into two separate loans and payments. As far as I am aware this was never communicated and made that process a bit clunky.

This is our first time using Sucasa and they worked efficiently with our broker to organise our loans and have everything prepared for settlement. Their online app for managing our mortgage is straight forward and very quick and simple to make any changes to direct debits etc.

I got a mortgage loan from Sucasa last year. They were respectful and fast in the process. But the problem started when I decided to refinance to other lender. They were slow, and charged me $1850 discharge fee which is unbelievabley high compared to market. Other lenders either do not charge or charge something around 300-500. So be mindful if you decide to go ahead with Sucasa.

About time they had a lender who did lower deposit and high lending!
