From start to finish I can’t praise this company enough. Chelsea was brilliant and helped me sort out what I needed. Her knowledge of the product was excellent and made everything easy. I am so pleased with my new skirting's which look fab.

Items delivered broken, no response to emails or contact form, not even an acknowledgment. Phone number just rings without any response too. I included photos clearly show damage at the same location on all the 4 pieces, to hopefully quicken the process etc. I even said I might still be able to use them as a compromise, obviously this is the reason nobody can be bothered to respond.

My business will be elsewhere in future if this is how they treat customers, especially when those customers are not purchasing high value orders.

Easy to submit an order. Had the option to bring the delivery forward which I took as it arrived on the Friday morning allowing me to get on with the work over the weekend. Really well wrapped and completely damage-free. Would highly recommend.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the skirting boards I ordered from Skirting UK. Chelsea who I spoke with was incredibly attentive, taking the time to tailor the order exactly to my needs. The whole process was impressively quick, and the quality far exceeded my expectations. To top it off, they offer fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

I have ordered bespoke skirting from this company. It first of all wasn’t delivered to me after waiting at home all day on Thursday 14 nov. We had to cancel our workmen. I called customer services who were helpful at that time, who assured me the delivery would be delayed until the Monday 18/11/24. I was at home in the Saturday and the delivery turned up, unannounced. Which I was grateful for. However the driver at DX company dumped my order at the side of the road. He was so rude, unhelpful and said all his customers had complained that day! He didn’t help me move it to my driveway. He moaned he was on his own without another person to help him. So he wouldn’t be helping me! The skirting was uncovered had been wrapped in cellophane, and was covered in foot marks, broken and covered in what looked like white paint and plaster. I realised that my order must’ve went to the wrong address and had been opened by a previous address.Thats the real reason for the delay; Then it was shipped quickly to us and delivered in a state. Unfit for purpose. I spoke to customer services who assured me I was to receive a refund on Wednesday morning. She exclaimed on the phone a full refund would be forthcoming. Just to send over images as proof of damage. I did this and was told that was fine I would receive a refund and just to keep the damaged skirting. I said fine I will dispose of it, then an hour later I got an email and text message from the admin team from a mobile. Asking me to send in more images of the damage so I sent in a video then was told to only expect a refund once the damaged skirting was uplifted. I was told the uplift would happen Friday 22/11/24. The deliver company never arrived for the skirting and my calls and emails have been ignored for my full refund. I will be writing to the financial ombudsman as I’ve been sold goods that weren’t for for purpose and have been unable to get a refund despite my continued contact, calls, emails and text messages I’ve been ignored. This I belive is because of the company policy of contacting them seven days after purchase so they can use it as an excuse not to pay my refund of £318.00. I will continue to pursue this and report this company for its failures. I would NOT RECCOMEND this company if you want your money back, or are unhappy with the good you receive like me you will be stuck with them, ignored and left financially out of pocket. In addition to behind schedule by a month on our build before Christmas! Do your home work before purchasing bespoke skirting. This company does not deliver its promise.

Had high hopes before ordering from them, but the skirting boards I received had lots of dents and dings. Also looked like they been thrown around the warehouse before the primer had a chance to dry. As a result, sawdust was stuck to the paint. I had to sand lots of them before painting over. Based on my experience I cannot recommend them!

I researched a lot of companies and used trustpilot to compare finally settling on Skirting UK and I am really glad I did.

Reasonable price and the items were good quality. We went for the primed square groove skirting boards and plinths.

There were a couple of items that had some defects so I contacted Skirting UK and spoke with Chelsea who could not be more helpful. With no issues or hassle the items were replaced and dispatched. Unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery company however again on contacting Skirting UK and speaking with Chelsea this was resolved by them with zero issue or stress.

I cannot fault their customer service or indeed the products we received.

I placed an order for 36 linear metres of primed Skirting. The process was clear and painless, the price competitive, and the turnaround time and estimated delivery of 4-8 working days appeared reasonable.

Panic ensued two mornings later, when my wife told me a van had just pulled up with our delivery! Outstanding!

What I got was exactly what was ordered, with a primed finish so immaculate I am absolutely bricking it about applying the topcoat.

Update, 9th August:
After a bit of caulking and one coat of Dulux Satinwood, and the finished skirtings are gorgeous! So pleased I was, that I opted for a second topcoat for extra durability. I forgot to mention that the skirting profile has a slight bullnose at the top and a groove about 20mm down. Looks great.

Just fitted 40 mtrs of MDF skirting board. Boards were ordered finished, primed and a satin top coat. Boards were delivered in excellent condition, no scratches or dents and a fantastic top coat finish. The packaging was first class. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company in the future, very impressed.

Excellent service from start to finish. I required 82 m of skirting board cover. After ordering some examples, I Decided on the product I wanted the company made it to the exact specification and it fits superbly and looks absolutely fabulous now it’s done.

I needed a relatively short length of non-standard mdf architrave. Sent a photograph and very promptly received a sample of what turned out to be a virtually perfect match to what I required. Placed order which was received ahead of schedule and very reasonably priced for bespoke specification.

Truly impressed with Skirting UK - phone and e-mails answered promptly. Kept right up to date with how order was progressing.

Skirting good quality and arrived on time well packaged. Excellent customer service. I needed to change the height of my skirting late on (they were about to dispatch) and they responded quickly and were very helpful. They trimmed the skirting down to the required height and then sent it out. Only arrived a one day later than if I had not asked for the change. Would use again without hesitation.
