Quick, easy and dependable

Great equipment and friendly, knowledgeable service available close to the main gondola in Verbier - got to love it!

Easy to pre-book skis and boots. Smooth process at the day of collection. Last but not least my family was happy with the quality of the equipment.

I can't speak highly enough about Ski Service in the village of Verbier. Outstanding service--knowledgeable, attentive, easy, friendly--tous le paquet. We rented skis there for our family for five days while skiing in Verbier in March, and everything worked out perfectly.

I would not recommend them. There was an issue where I purchased a 2-day ticket rather than a 1 day due to issues with the website. I emailed them immediately after (because they charge you almost $2 per minute to call customer service). I emailed to follow up that I did not use the one day and that I will use the 2nd day. They emailed back a week later saying I activated the ticket and therefore used it. The can clearly see I did not use the first day and I emailed right after the confirmation was sent to my email to correct the mistake.

Good range of equipment, well organised team, managed speed of service with getting the right fit and great after sales service (ski storage etc.)

The staff was courteous and the checkout and return of equipment was easy.

Great kit, really polite, knowledgeable, attentive staff and location great. We hired complete ski touring kit one day with all the avalanche kit and then piste skis the next - I have fallen in love with my Blizzard Anomaly skis! Thanks guys!

Top Service: unkomplizierte online-Buchung hat bestens geklappt, super nettes Personal und trotz Falschbuchung meinerseits (1 Tag zuviel gebucht, habe dies per Email dann frühzeitig berichtigt) wurde, der zuviel bezahlte Betrag nach nur 2 Tagen nach Retourgabe der Skier, wie versprochen zurückerstattet. Vielen Dank dem ganzen Team für die perfekte Betreung und top Leistung, wir würden wieder bei euch mieten...

As always great service with kind members of staff who are very helpful. First rented Skis here 20 years ago and is my go to every year.

The whole process with Ski Service was brilliant, from booking online (with a discount) picking up the skis, and then storing the skis, poles and boots. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful and there was never any cue. Lastly, when they heard that I was injured from a ski accident they offered a refund (on production of a medical report) and promptly refunded me for the unused days. Awesome service, thanks to all the team at Ski Service Verbier!

Best ski hire shop in Verbier! Never fails to deliver. Great team in the shop and good equipment. If you book well in advance they add on further discounts eg black Friday discounts and are flexible too. Highly recommend without hesitation.
