We have not received any message or email from you regarding this, so we are replying here to clarify the situation immediately.
The product you purchased is sold in two formats: a "Complete Box" (which contains 3 syringes) or a "Single Syringe". Both of these options were presented to you clearly when you made your selection.
Your order was for "1 x Syringe". Because a manufacturer's box contains 3 units, we cannot provide the full box packaging for single-syringe orders, as we must separate the single units from the full box. This is noted on the product page: "Each Complete box includes 3 pre-filled syringes... Can also be purchased as an individual syringe."
Please be assured your item is 100% authentic. The syringe remains in its original sterile blister pack, and both the Batch Number and Expiry Date are printed directly on the syringe itself. You are very welcome to verify these numbers directly with the manufacturer.
In the future, if you require the full box with the security seal, please select the "1 x Box (3 Syringes)" option at checkout.
