Dates arrived in a very timely manner, despite it being the busy pre-Ramadan time period. The dates themselves are of very good quality

My dates arrived on time . They were perfect. The tin is beautiful. Have ordered again to give as gifts for family .

I hesitantly (after reading a lot of reviews about late deliveries) ordered two of each tin. Arrived safe and well
in advance for Ramadan. Opened a tin to taste them, were good quality and soft.

Genuinely sad this is the state of Muslim Charities, ran more like a business. Taken up cold calling and texting asking for donations when you politely decline your spoken down to and made to feel bad.. still not transparent on where the monies are going and trustee getting obscenely high wages. Make it make sense

I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this organisation. After taking my hard-earned money, they failed to deliver the dates I ordered. Without resolving the issue or providing what was paid for, they cancelled the order and did not return my money. Attempts to contact them for an explanation or refund were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. In the end, the only way I was able to recover my money was by contacting my bank and initiating a dispute.

This behaviour is completely unacceptable and deeply misleading, especially for an organisation presenting itself as a charity. Taking money, failing to deliver, cancelling orders, and withholding refunds is not an honest mistake — it shows a serious lack of transparency and integrity. I would urge anyone considering donating or purchasing from this organisation to think very carefully and proceed with extreme caution.

What is particularly appalling is that this organisation appears to be using the month of Ramadan — a time associated with charity, integrity, and helping those in need — to take money while failing to deliver or refund orders. Leveraging a religious occasion to solicit funds and then behaving in this manner is deeply misleading and unethical.

Daughter ordered her dates for ramzan absolutely disgusting cancelled her order didn't bother to inform her and needed authorised person to consent for the refund to take place. Absolutely disgusting its the good hard earned money of individuals and they place the faith in you only to be disappointed. Its ment to be a charity and your taking people's halal money and not fulfilling your orders. Its basic common sense if you can't keep up with your orders don't take them.

I was hesitant to order dates because of some poor reviews and decided to message the company to ask how long it takes to receive the dates. I was told they are activily delivering and shouldn't be very long.

I placed an order on 19th January and I received my beautiful date boxes on 26th January, exactly after 1 week of placing my order.

I decided to buy from SKT Welfare because the company l usually buy from, has reduced the size of their boxes and SKT Welfare boxes are 400g bigger for Medjoul dates, weighing 1200g and Ajwa dates are 750g which is 250g more than l would get with the company l previously bought.

*******UPDATE*********

After opening the date boxes to taste them, l noticed that there was a plastic tray inside which took quite a bit of space. I decided to weight the boxes and my medjoud date boxes were 1200g with the tin and 850g without the tin and tray. So instead 1200g, l got only 850g of dates. The Ajwa dates weighted 700g with the tin, so just the dates would propably be around 500g.

Skt always provide tracking via email and via text so I’m always up to date on what is going on with my dates! Received my order this year and they’re perfect can’t wait for Ramadan

I’ve Been paying £20 per month since October 2023 and I have made 17 payments £340 the water pump was £150! You have not only over charged me but have not built the water pump - I want an immediate refund - I will also be leaving feedback on social media if this is not looked into. I’ve sent emails and nobody has responded. Not acceptable
