I recently had a terrible experience with Riff Wireless 2 from Skullcandy. Bought it, used it normally, and it failed within six months 😔. Followed all the care instructions, but they denied the warranty claim, saying it was "external damage". Feels like they're just trying to dodge their responsibility.

The product's durability is clearly subpar, and what's worse is their website seems to be showcasing only 5-star reviews. Misleading, if you ask me 🤯. Won't be buying from them again. Buyer beware!
