Seems like the website is a scam even tough they have good reviews due to no response from owners

I bought a Paddle Racket and Bag for 465Euro and they have not shipped not confirm any purchase even though my bank from South Africa have provided them with all the authentication on the payments, they dont even respond personally on email just run an AI bot called Scully which could not transfer or get me in tougch with the HUMANS that is suppose to own the place.

Thank you for your review and for your order.
You have ordered a racket on pre-order. This is clearly stated on our website, including the information that we will start shipping these rackets from 19 April. I think this detail may have been overlooked during the ordering process.

We do indeed have an AI assistant on our website that can help answer many common questions, which many customers find very useful. However, if you wish to speak with our customer service team, you can always contact us by email. We usually respond within 24 hours.
We have also replied to your email and kindly asked you for your order number so we can investigate your case and help you further. Without this information, it is difficult for us to locate your order and provide a proper update.

From our side, nothing suspicious is going on , your order is simply part of a pre-order batch that will be shipped from 19 April. Once we have your order number, we will gladly check everything and update you personally.

First, I did not receive the free gift (sweatshirt) as promised with the purchase.

Second, I received the order (Padel racket) with the box damaged.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry about the damaged box.

The free gift was a racket bag, not a sweatshirt, and our records show the bag was delivered with your order.

We’ll report the damaged box to FedEx, his should not happen. Fortunately the racket itself arrived without damage because it was protected inside the racket bag.

la 1ere fois rien à dire par contre la seconde le colis à mis pas loin de 10 jours pour m'être livré au lieu des 4/5 promis à la commande, c'etait un cadeau d'anniversaire que je n'ai pas pu offrir le jour de la soirée prévue à cet effet...
